32GB (Verizon) because I use slightly more than half the free space on my 32GB iPhone 4S (AT&T).

64GB! Bigger is always better, and like others have said you're out of luck if you get a smaller size, and fill it up right away.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9B179 Safari/7534.48.3)

I got the 32gb Verizon. I previously had the 64gb iPad 2 but I never filled it up so I went with the 32gb and because I wanted the 4G model this time around.

Probably could have managed just fine with my planned 32Gb but on launch day I splurged on the 64. Having lots of space to grow for my photographs and my growing HD animation films tipped the scale.

The cloud is a good storage strategy but nothing beats having ready access.

I went with the 32GB 4G model in white. I usually ended up rotating out my movies and applications anyway. The apps/videos that I will always keep stored on the iPad are a select few.

My old iPad was a 32GB model and it was generally sufficient. But when I went on week long business trips, I'd want to sync a good bit of video for the plane rides and hotel downtime. Not knowing exactly what I'd feel like watching, I always had to pull a few things back to squeeze it on.

Plus, it's only another $100.

64Gb ... I never regretted my 64Gb iPad 1 purchase and this is my upgrade from that. After the restore I only have about 10Gb free. I also don't like have to manage storage space on my devices.

16GB wifi because I never use that much space on my iPhone and I'll be using this around the house instead of a laptop. I'm on it as we speak and love it, it's the first iPad that I have ever owned.

16GB. I don't sync any of my music with the iPad. After all my apps, photos and videos I have 5.5 GB free.

I purchased the 64GB. I wanted to have my entire music collection on my iPad plus any movies that I want. Trust me the extra 100 dollars is worth it for double the capacity (comparing to the 32 GB version)

Originally got a 32GB, but later traded in for a 64GB. Sounds expensive with 100 dollars extra.. but it beats having to pay 100+ dollars for an external wireless hardrive that you have to carry around with the iPad if you want to use it. I put all my music on it, have space for movies, videos, and more. Just knowing that I have enough space to expand and last is great. Convenience, portability, without having to buy anything extra. 64GB is worth it.

32GB but I'm having doubts. Hopefully lots of apps will update to their "new size" this week and by next weekend I'll know if I need to go swap for a 64.

16GB AT&T..I stream most my stuff..don't really store videos..music on iPod app eh don't really have any most ill store is 400 songs that I really like.. 16GB is plenty enough for my use..mostly just apps..I just need to be connected to the Internet and I'll be good..my iPad 2 wifi still has like 8GB left its a 16GB too..it's all about streaming :D but that's just me I think it's the future..

64GB

I kept having to take apps off to make room for new ones on my 32GB iPad 2.

Also, I'm hoping to keep this one more than a year and don't want to be upgrading just for increased storage.

(it also matches my 4S's capacity ;) )
