When I got my iPad2 back in November I got a 16GB and I still have more than half my storage left. However, if I upgrade now (still not decided), I'll probably go for a 32GB as a 'just in case' measure and because the apps are likely to get a bit bigger.

Originally bought a 16GB. Synced it up then realized I had no room for music or anything else.

Took it in to my Apple Store yesterday and swapped it out for a 32GB. Now I have all my music on it and still have 5GB left.

i got 64 this time because my 32gb ipad 2 was always filled and my 64gb iphone 4s has been perfect for me so I upgraded to 64 for the new ipad.

I bought the 64 GB / White 4G LTE version for Verizon. The speed is awesome, the display is awesome, and I would have bout 128 GBs had they offered it. When I had the iPad 2 I an into storage issues all the time. I had to limit my music to a few playlists, watch how many movies were piling up and off load them, etc. Wish Apple would make a 128 GB version.

64
I was really hoping there would be a 128 option though this time. Had that been an option I would have gotten 128. :(

I pre-ordered a 16GB and then returned it and bought a 32GB. I really want either a 64GB or one with 4G, but I can't justify the purchase.

64 GB Verizon LTE. I didn't think the difference in price was significant.

16 gig because that's what I old afford at the moment and I could not wait any longer for the new iPad man do I luv this thing

64GB, I need space for content and development. I'm constantly short on space. At one point, I was thinking about taking apart 2 smart covers and sandwiching 2 64GB iPads together :D.

First iPad for me and I wanted the biggest one available. For any iDevice I usually get the largest capacity cuz even if I don't use up all the space, I like to know free space is available if I need it.

For my iPad, it's a multimedia device for me so there's lots of music/apps/movies on it. Specifically for the movies, they take up quite a chunk of space so I'd need the largest capacity one in order to fit more than a couple movies on it. Currently, I have about 10 movies on mine with plenty of room to spare.

This might sound a little silly, but with the 32gb Wifi iPad and smart cover/Applecare + it's only $200 shy of the cost of an introductory MBA (educational discount/taxes) no other accessories.

I thought the same thing.

I went with the 32GB Verizon. I watch movies on the road and the higher capacity helps to support the larger file sizes for HD movies. The Verizon connection helps me to manage emails and makes my iPad actually useful while not in a wifi zone.

64gb because Best Buy didn't have the 32 which I was hoping to buy originally but it turns out that 64 is a better size for me anyways that's what my iPhone 4s is and this is a good amount of space for the money.
