Agreed. Apple nailed this one. There is a huge untapped market for this phone. IMO, 30% of iPhone Market Share within 15m. People who constantly dismiss the market for this phone simply do not understand the target consumer. :apple:

I'm not sure "untapped" is the right word. Perhaps "abandoned"? I mean Apple owned this market until it closed shop in the middle of the night and left for 4.7 and 5.5ville. Now it's eating its chips and admitting it screwed up screwing over its 4" faithful.

Personally I've moved on and have grown accustom to the 4.7". But I'm not sure why anyone is grousing that another size option will be available. More sizes = more happy customers = continued high industry support for all of iOS. How is that a bad thing?

I know men have an obsession with putting things in their jeans or shirt pocket but I thought most women put things in their handbags??

It's not an obsession it's a necessity. Where else are we going to put it if we aren't wearing a coat or jacket? That is my preferred holding area. Going to work we can put it in our briefcase or backpack but that is one event. But most men (at least in the U.S) do not tote a bag outside work -- for reference watch: the infamous "man purse" Friends episode. :)

28 hours to go ... Where are the last-minute leaks? Or perhaps they're waiting for the literal last minute?

Needs change and that is perfectly fine. My husband still has a MBP (from 2011) but would buy an MB in an instance if we had the spare money right now, because that's all he needs for his daily stuff. He doesn't need the pro power anymore. And neither do I. The occasional Matlab/Parallels/picture intensive stuff (Photoshop, Raw files in LR, some InDesign) is fine on my MBA as it is not happening on a daily basis - because for this I have a powerful iMac. But I need to be able to do it if needed on a mobile mac - hence for me the MB is out of the question. Besides, I don't think 12'' is big enough for productivity, I already struggle with 13'' - but I need portability, too, so 15'' is out of the question, either.
Yep, I'm in the perfect position where I want an ultraportable laptop as my main computer because all my heavy stuff is done on a side computer. The 12" MB is literally perfect for this.

2hours i think its too little to have an all macbooks updates.
15-20 min about apple vs fbi
15-20 min about iphone se
15-20 min about ipad
10 min about watch bands
10 min about 12" macbook update

What makes you think they will talk about FBI? In fact they may not be able too in relation to the specific case.

I am looking to upgrade my 2013 MacBook Air and AirPort Extreme 6th gen so I hope both those things are updated this week.

Dream list :

  1. iPHONE SE is named iPhone 6S Mini - has 3d touch and same features of 6S series
  2. 6S Mini and all future iphones will have sapphire screen that is 100% shatter resistant . Tim Cook uses a sledge hammer on the 6S mini on stage and drops it on the floor 5 times and NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH, and also WATERPROOF! Shows video of iphone 6S Mini put in washing machine and still working after a full run.
  3. Final version of iOS 9.3 cleans up the OS so it gives people dramatically more space because it doesn't install useless apps , other languages (seriously I don't need iOS languages that I will never use, make the person install those languages as they need to , that could probably save like a gig) and purges old junk files "other data" so it gives more room to all iOS users for free
  4. Apple refreshes Apple TV remote and includes Touch ID so you don't need to input passwords again and makes it bigger so it won't get lost so easily. Costs $19.99
  5. Gives preview of more features 3D touch will do
  6. Updates Apple TV to have optional 4K support, so everyone stops crying
  7. Introduces mac book air with 5 USB C slots, One HDMI, One SDcard port,
  8. New Mac Mini that has Apple TV functions built in, it's the ultimate entertainment device and it is even future proof and has Super Ultra HD Blu-ray disk support
  9. Apple apologizes for making macs that don't let you upgrade after you buy them, so new macs will allow you to update RAM, Memory , easily and quickly
  10. Apple apologizes for being obsessed with thin computers and says new iphone 6S mini and 7 and new macbooks will have 250% greater battery capacity and performance

Your third point: not everyone want a single language on their phones, instead that you could change it to increase the storage on new phones because 16 gigabytes are a joke

Yup, if it is only one or two time units (day, week, month) away, I wouldn't use 'next' or 'last'. But crossing a marker might also be relevant, at the moment 'last December' for me means December 2015; 'last January' doesn't quite work either way (ie, I wouldn't use it for either January 2015 or January 2016), 'January' at the moment would mean January 2016.

Apple didn't own the 4" market before 2012 (they had no 4" phone before that). And they also 'abandoned' the 3.5" market but strangely enough, I haven't heard anybody recently complaining about this. I also think that from September 2014 until September 2015, the vast majority of 4" fans were quite OK with the 5s.

I'm patiently awaiting the imminent comment from left-field, where someone suggests it would behoove Apple to ship Apple Watch with a full install of OS X. Crazier people than those who'd suggest this, exist.
And should come with a real file system.

Does anyone think we'll see the release of the lineup of OS updates (OSX, iOS, WatchOS, TVOS) immediately following the event?
I'd say that is very likely both based on past behaviour and on the lead-up of so many betas of all these updates.

Maybe it's a younger persons thing to put a phone in your jeans pocket, but as a female I've always put my phone in my bag.

I know, that would make sense, right?

Maybe it's a thing about quick access for those who text a lot.

My youngest daughter is 13 and she and all her friends carry no bags, and keep their iPhones in their back jean pockets (which are of course the only pockets they have). Yes, most have cracked screens, as all us Dads have stopped paying to fix them. It doesn't seem to bother them at all.

For that matter, her married step-sister at 30+ and her friends often keep their bigger Galaxies in a back pocket, although those devices seem to be thin and curved and possibly able to flex enough to take the stress without breaking.

Yes, I think we'll finally see an iOS update and WatchOS update. Tuesday should bring OSX and tvOS update.

I keep hoping they'll come out and blow everyone's minds. Like... maybe "Let us loop you in" is a reference to a new VR headset which can be used with an update to the Apple Watch that lets it be used as a controller. They *have* had a patent on a VR headset for a while now...

If that were the case they wouldn't be holding the event at their campus, they would of chosen a bigger event for it where they could invite many more people. What we are likely to see tomorrow is a small update of products like the mentioned iPhone SE, iPad Pro and Apple Watch bands, before WWDC in June and then a September event where the iPhone 7 will be unvailed along with a possible Apple Watch 2. Obviously this is not set in stone but going by Apple's previous trend.

You do realize that Apple hasn't actually announced what the presentation will be about, right? This list is conjecture based from this website...called Mac Rumors....

Snoozefest. Seriously apple? Reinventing the iPhone 5? You already did that with the iPhone 5c. Smh.

Just was thinking. There hasn't even been a golden master version of the latest ios version. Guess it won't be released tomorrow. Honestly, I have not been following updates in general lately. Other than the flux like feature, sync mult watches and school device account type feature. I don't know what if anything is supposedly a big new feature.

I think that the iPhone SE will be an extension of the currently line of iPhones, and should not be considered as an entry level. If the phone costs over $400 it is not an entry level phone. An entry level phone would cost under $200.
