What to expect from iMac 2012 - Discussion

Lots of speculation regarding MacBook Pro's, MacBook Airs, Mac Pros but rather silent on iMac updates????? Alas, if there is an iMac update then, as I have stated all along, I suspect it will be the standard CPU / GPU upgrade / USB 3 and possibly better SSD options. No radical change in form factor this year.

Personally I would not be surprised if iMac get's the usual silent update in the next three weeks and then 2013 will be the year it gets a radical / exciting overhaul.

Or possibly if nothing comes now and they get a redesign coming this fall. :/

Lol I may be the only one here that hopes that they will not change the form factor of the iMac as I won't be changing my iMac this year to busy looking at a new MacBook and iPhone.

Precisely, it's a perfectly good update, especially a "current generation" GPU. I think people have an unrealistic expectation that every product update will some how be revolutionary.

Just did a refresh of the "We are down" page, and got a partial page - the side bar. Didnt spot anything interesting (same prices/products/pictures), and now, on a refresh, its back to the "we are down".

Might have been a transitory caching issue.

Same, I used to hate apple for the way that everything was controlled, but since giving in and buying the iPhone 4 a few years back I soon got an iPad and now I'm ready to ditch windows for good, everything just works!
