Before I knew anything about technology, I had an Acer 15" POS. Then I went higher end.

Commodore 64.

Then I think I had a desktop PC 386. I remember a 486sx/sx2/dx etc.

Those were the days. :)

Man, us early 90's kids got stuck with the ugly ducklings.

Some DTK something or other handed down from my grandfather; ran Windows 95, had a 3.5 and 5.25 floppy drive, with the wonderful bonus of having a CD-ROM drive that my grandfather had bought and upgraded himself. It never caused me any problems, I had countless hours of fun playing games, and also just playing around in the OS. (Of course, back then blue screens were something that just kind of happened almost randomly, often for seemingly no reason at all, and were more often than not, disregardful annoyances that you just accepted as part of owning a computer. ;))

My first computer was TRS-80 color computer

I loved that little computer, it was awesome. I got it just as I was a senior in high school.

Now I feel old. Get off my lawn:mad:.

Yup, I'm an old fart :D

tbh, though, the early days of computing were the most exciting, I remember going to computer club meetings chit chatting with hobbyists on all sorts of crazy stuff. The industry has matured, and while computers have improved light years, it lost some of that useful exuberance, or maybe it was me that did :p
