Are we sure these are weeks of the calendar year and not weeks of Apple's fiscal year? Their Fiscal Year starts in October, which would put week 24 (earliest date we've seen) at the week of March 9
Because it doesn't seem to work with Windows?
From my understanding pressing that button combination brings up iPhoto on macs...and since there's no iPhoto on Windows...it does absolutely nothing.
edit: nevermind...finally got it to work...picture shows up in the Camera Roll.
I got a original iPhone made in July of '08!

What's the purpose of this thread? Are we trying to identify certain problems with the week it was made? or what? how did this thread get so long

This was a replacement (last Saturday) for my 1st 3G iPhone on which the volume-down key was stuck.
What's the purpose of your post? There was a thread like this for the first gen iPhones. It's just a way of seeing when the iPhones were made, and in this case, when they were around it's launch, but since the initial launch is history, it's still good information.
Is it a replacement 1g or 2g?
