I have an offer of $600 on my 32 gb, wifi iPad 2. It is in mint condition and I'm including original packaging, charging accessories, and a case. Should I take the offer?

Someone is offering you list price for a used ipad2 the day before a new version is expected to be announced and you're asking if you should take the offer??? 😕
I really don't mean to be rude, but I'm puzzled at why this isn't a no-brainer? Take the money before they change their mind.
$519 is really good for a 16/AT&T on ebay. Generally they're going in the low $400's right now. The disparity is less than the MSRP difference, but your sample choices are leading you to the wrong conclusion.
Also, I've done this quite a few times. I do a lot of "market research" before listing anything to determine what the absolute highest recent successful selling price is, and then list the item for buy-it-now with free shipping at a 5-10% discount from that figure.
People just listing their iPads all willy-nilly probably were not getting $519 even on the same day I sold mine.
Welp, my $350 Craigslist offer said she couldn't do it anymore, so I just had to let the auction run down. Ended up selling for $366, which turns into ~$356 when PayPal takes its fees out. All in all, not too shabby.

I sold my iPad 2 64GB Wi-fi/3G (at&t) on eBay the other day for $600.
I had a coupon from ebay for no listing fee or final value fee so I only had to pay PayPal's fee (2%).
I was hoping to get a little more for it, but I know the value is going to drop once the new ipads are released.
If I didn't sell this one I would not be able to get the new ones, so I'm glad I did...
I'm hoping the new ones are released no later than March 16th because i'm going through withdrawal!
I also included the smart cover and original box in the auction. iPad was in mint condition.
On Sunday I sold my 64GB WiFi only 1st gen iPad for $350 via CL. It was in pristine condition with a case, original box and all accessories. It was purchased last May for $399 + tax from Verizon. All things considered, I'm happy with the $. Most serious offers were around $300 to $325.
