I saw him come into the Palo Alto apple store with a much older, 15'' white imac.

He was dropping it off for repairs. This was about 2 years ago. Even at that time, the 15'' white imac was, over 3 years old.
He was in tow with a very young kid, not sure if it was his? Could have been a neighborhood kid. Maybe Steve was helping out, by getting it repaired ASAP.

Steve just walked in, and set it behind the genius bar. Chatted with one of the sales associates and walked out. Funny, only a few people even new what was going on. Most people were completely oblivious to he he was.:)

This is what Steve has in the rec room. A little old school, but not without its own charm.

Insider told me ages ago when Jobs returned to Apple from Next in 90's. He had only Next Cube and Toshiba Terra Notebook on his desk and nothing else.

However, I believe now he must have most expensive Mac notebook on his desk or Prototype of some sort, because it's one of his work now, I think he would appreciate small personal computer rather than a massive Mac Pro. That's just my guess. Good question by the way.

I've always thought of Steve Jobs as a minimalist so I think he has a glass desk with nothing on it at all. Any computing equipment would be secreted in his pocket (i.e. the iphone) perhaps with a wireless link to a hidden server if he needs more power.

I read once he lives in a small home. If true, he might just have iMacs or MacBook Pros at home. I mean, really, he probably doesn't have use for a Mac Pro in his home.

I don't think Steve keeps lots of the old stuff around. He said when he returned to Apple he removed the on-campus museum, to focus on the future.

He's probably got a 12 inch Macbook Air and a 30 inch 16x9 iMac

I read once he lives in a small home.
He lives in a mansion he's been trying to tear down for years to build a more modern mansion, however, he has met a lot of opposition since his house is a landmark (or something like that).
