Just returned from my trip to Europe and the thing I noticed the most is the outspokenness against Russia that wasn’t present in previous trips. I wonder why?! It is good to be back with the critters, they are happy to see me, I have the key to the treat jars!

Just been thinking about quantum.
Coming back from dropping my wife off at work, I could see a rainbow in front of me, but only through my polarising sunnies. If I took them off I couldn't see it, but with them on it was very clear. Now rainbows are quantum phenomena, as are polarising sunnies.
Then got to thinking about kittens. Kittens are very quantum. If you've ever had a handful of them, you know it is not possible to know the position and velocity of any kitten at any one time. This is the fundamental tenet of Heisenberg. And having a handful of them is even worse...

Congratulations on moving into the new home! That will be so nice for you after years of living in apartments and such -- the privacy will feel really good.

Glad that your surgery is over and now you just need to recuperate; hopefully this will have resolved the issues you were having before and from now it's a matter of regaining your strength and health.

Having been in hospital a few times myself lately (knees, parathyroid, etc), it's amazing how quickly the folder of stuff about you ends up weighing more than you do...

Gosh yes! That file. If they put them all together, I think we could smash a tiny building or two. I swear once you get surgery once, you end up always in the medical system for something. I'm sorry. That all sounds painful.
