What’s on your mind?

After attending the World Track and Field Championships I’m on my way back to England. The Championships were excellent and I’m glad I attended in person, was able to visit with some of my old running mates from my competitive running days in Junior High and High school years.

Safe travels. You could always stop off in Birmingham and watch the commonwealth games.

Considering I have multiple other Apple device, it just seemed to make sense. In addition, it honestly just seems to work.

Currently, am in the phase of learning shortcuts and learning to do things differently to how I did/do them on Windows.

I also really need to learn how to reload the OS and things from a technical nature, too. Thus, if I damage the OS somehow, I know how to fix it...

On my mind. Messed up royally having a later in life family. I am 62 years old I don't care if planet earth burns to hell which it will I will not see the bitter end. What about my daughters 11, 7 and 8 months? What life will they have? Even if it is bearable would they ever consider having children? They should not ever even consider it in my opinion. Changes the entire dynamics of procreation.

Not very exciting at all for a Swede to watch ☹️

Tried to keep myself to do other things after 2-0….and not sitting and watching the humiliation. 🫣😂

I had hoped for a better result, but truth is there’s a generation shift going on in the team.
Many of the older ones have their best games behind them, and the youngsters haven’t grown into the team enough.
Our goalkeeper is one of them. She looked liked a shadow of herself. Was not her best games. Just moved home after many professional years abroad.
She was rewarded 2018 to the worlds best female goalkeeper, so she have been a great asset to the Swedish team a long time.
But this was not one of her best matches. A few others did really underperformed as well.

Sad for all of them, but sh#@it happens in athletics of all kind. Other Swedes performs better in other areas I’ve heard. Non mentioned, non forgotten.
The football team will come back though. New championships will come.

England played awesome though 👍🏼

Popp was clinical against France.

Just back from hospital for my endoscopy. Got there for 8 and was taken down at 9. Had sedation but was awake all the way through. A bit uncomfortable, some burping and gagging but not too bad. Biopsies taken so have to wait for results now.

The worse thing about the whole thing isn't the actual procedure but the anxiety leading up to it. Anyway, feet up now and watching the golf.

6 weeks later and just back from the hospital. All good. Biopsies negative. No further action. Repeat endoscopy in another 3 years. Phew! And relax......
