I love to chase thunderstorms. Get in the car and head toward the floating anvil. See some lightning, get battered by hail, bust recklessly through patches of flooded road (but know when to slow down or turn around, too), put the windows down so you can hear the thunder better no matter how wet the car gets...
I don't live in the Midwest, where the real storm-chasing fun is, though. I'm afraid that by the time I ever get the chance, it will be outlawed -- there are getting to be traffic jams of tornado hunters on the Plains in May.
