As of 10 days ago and even with the newest 18.1 beta, I still can't ask Siri to send a message to a person using WA Business.
Siri responds that the person doesn't have WA messages active.
The chats are fine and you can start one or follow a conversation without a problem.
I use Siri with CarPlay a lot with WA and it's very convenient to just ask to send a message to someone.
Weirdly, you can respond to messages using Siri but not start a new one...
