iPad When is the iPad 2 jailbreak coming out?

The person who did it, whose name I don't want to mention or I will get ticked again, allegedly did it so that Comex would release his final jb sooner. Yeah, right.
I don't condone with the leaker did in any way, shape or form. In regards to making comex release JBMe "faster", he may have done so. Keep in mind, since the exploit itself is now out in the wild, it does indeed give Apple a head start in patching the PDF hole, which comex has to get ahead on due to the fact he does want to maximize "donations".
No, multimediawill did it because he is a nasty piece of slime that wants to ruin it for everyone.
He is either an attention seeker who is very, verty stupid or just someone that is trying to cause trouble for everyone. The damage he has caused is immeasurable

You might be right, but after the Tweets I have been reading the last few days, I was under the assumption that it would be released the next few days. I might be wrong, though. I am calmer than I was earlier, thanks to a good bike ride on a gorgeous warm day.
Everyone wanted the JB so I leaked it. Now after it's leaked everyone gets mad... hypocrites
Well I was wrong, he got more upset than I expected, perhaps apple is quicker with patches and he is farther from release than I thought. Still don't think it will make a big difference in the long run though.
Weeks ago he implies he has a working jailbreak through 4.3.3, A week ago he says all he needs is a bootstrap, a few days ago he says he's running out of bugs to fix, then he says the beta had no problems and the website looks good, today a leak of what seems to be a nearly fully functional 4.3 jailbreak shows up that's not even up to date.... and you don't think it can ever get to release because... What?
The only people who would be effected by an apple patch are those who are completely clueless about jail breaking and immediately do every update, but would have decided to jailbreak within days of the official release. And some other people who waited till the last second to save ssh blobs may not be able to... but the vast majority of people never do that or need to use them anyway.
I suppose i see the downsides more now, but ultimately it shouldn't really effect that much, and if apple is slow with a patch it might not effect anything but comex's release plans. What's the fastest they've patched a jb before? It hasn't been THAT quick has it?

I'm an iPad 2 owner, how is this bad news for me? Did apple start forcing people to update firmware? It was going to be fixed in iOs 5 regardless.
That is faster than I thought though.
The reason why it was not supposed to be leaked is because of the bugs. Now, Apple has a head start on fixing the hole, and comex will have to release an "unfinished" jailbreak.
Oh well, can't do anything now. It's just a race against time for comex now. Weird how so many people were waiting for JB since March and now one person whose name we shall not mention, screwed it up for 10 minutes of fame..
Same question: I am currently on 4.3.1, do I need to update to 4.3.3 and save the SHSH or should I just save the 4.3.1 blobs...please let us know b4 it's too late

I and everyone else has firmware 4.3.3 or lower and Comex is close to release of a supported jailbreak. Even if apple released a patch today, how will it effect any of us? Especially if you saved your ssh as people have been told to do repeatedly.
The worst case scenario is that its the deciding factor in Comex not working on future jailbreaks, but until he says so that seems extremely presumptive.
Considering the current leaked JB works only for 4.3.0 and none of the others...basically the only thing leaked is was his completed JB he had back in March that Apple fixed very quick. Oh and a default web page WOO!
I have all the files, even setup a web server at home and it fails to install on 4.3.3 so majority of us are still SOL.
Here's hoping he releases on funday, but probably not considering it won't even install and fails with a 403 error. And considering his tweets are saying he hopes he can finish. I'm willing to bet my iPad 2 it won't be out tomorrow.

The only blobs you can save now are for 4.3.3. If Apple releases a 4.3.4 before you can save blobs then you're screwed. The lowest I can downgrade is 4.3.1 (can't JB with leaked

But anyone following the jailbreak should already have their ssh blobs, and if they don't has a week or so to do so. This guy says I'm screwed, but if I have a compatible firmware and my ssh blobs saved, as I do, how am I effected at all?
Seems the most effected person is Comex who may work overtime on it to try to get it out there before a patch could eliminate some people. If this ruins a few days for someone helping the community out so much, yes that does suck... but I'm not seeing how we are all screwed.
