Why do they not have any new information if it is really the fault of EMS?
I mean, they sent over a thousand packages and have no tracking. Then they believe EMS about the "holiday excuse". And now nothing has been sent and new shipping numbers will only be assigned for US customers? Still no word about the rest of the world.
If EMS really f*ed up and packages were just laying around then they should negotiate priority shipping or something similar. What is taking so long if they do not have the packages anymore? EMS is not delivering packages since yesterday.
I think before monday there will be no information nor (working) tracking or whatsoever.
I am wondering what will be next. Maybe the shippment will get lost by EMS or sent to the wrong country or problems with customs or a mix up with the labels.
Their excuses are so creative!!! How come a big shipping company will be so failed like this? Unbelievable!
