I dont think Caudabe are entirely at fault here. They are originally based in US and to ease the delivery delay issues they sourced out their operations especially for overseas territories.

Now the QC checks at these outsourced warehouses could be the problem. Most scenarios I have seen or read are with overseas customers.

QC checks in my opinion at US locations are far better.
Maybe- but as a US resident in a neighboring state (Pa) they’ve been disastrous this year. I’ve returned every case with one thing wrong or another. Overpriced and not checked prior to shipping imo

See if they ask me to run their operation in UK. Id be very strict with QC checks and above all id do it for free lol.

I’m in the U.S. and I’ve returned at least 50% of the Caudabe cases I’ve purchased over the past few years due to defects. If it’s worse overseas, wow.
