Christmas came a few days early as my friends over at Bullstrap sent me over the Maverick series. SO clean looking. Some will be bothered by the bottom being open, I get that. For me, it's really not a bother as I am not a drop your phone kind of person. Buttons and fit are superb. It's a beautiful case.

Yea but to me the Sheath seems more protective than the Apple Silicone though.
It does seem like that, but based upon actual drop tests on YouTube the Silicone fares better than expected. They both have almost nonexistent lips which may even out the protection levels, not sure.
Yea Silicone fares better than expected as there’s a 13 pro drop test video. Don’t know if the 15 pro Silicone is the same as the 13 pro. However there isn’t a Caudabe drop test video so for me it would be hard to make that assessment. The only non fact is that the Sheath is heavier than the Silicone which theoretically would make it more protective than the Silicone.
I forgot all about my Nomad rugged. Maybe I'll dig it out. Still haven't received my replacement action button yet.
They are awesome. I have two of them and they are perfect for nightstands.
Thing looks like it could give your phone a nosebleed at full extension. Good thing it doesn't have a nose, I guess.

It’s fairly stiff, has a decent lip, and has more heft in the corners than many other cases, so definitely better than the other cases lower down on my list. I don’t think it reached Mous, Defender, or Phone Rebel levels though.
