The back is smooth, the ridges are only on the interior of the case. I will put up some more pictures in an hour or so...they are taken with my iPad so sorry in advance that they will suck. I'll try to get one of the glowing magsafe ring too haha

Yes, frosted and no fingerprints as of yet. Here are some extra photos. The ones I took in my closet came out pure black, so maybe I didn’t give the ring enough light exposure to really show up. I’ll l try to use my wife’s phone tonight to get one of the “glow.”

More rigid, the only flex is on the sides. The back plate is solid.
I'm debating sending back the Bankwerk case. It's a thing of beauty but at almost 80g it's actually too heavy. I'll keep using it for the rest of the week to see if I get used to it. Their customer service confirmed that return shipping is free so that's a weight off my shoulders.
I also asked them about their Performance Series cases (TPU and with leather back) which will be getting a revision to have an action button soon. I'm impressed enough by the quality of product and customer service that I still want a case from them. Whether it's the Classic Al or Performance Series I'm not sure of yet.

I too am a long time Caudabe user, going all the way back to when they first started making iPhone cases. For a few years the Sheath was the only case I purchased. I have probably turned more than a dozen people on to their cases over the years. With all that said, this year has been a complete sh*t show. I’ve spent over $200 on their cases this year and not a single one was free of defects. It’s fine with me if others overlook these issues, but if their standards remain at this low level I’ll be looking elsewhere going forward.
Spigen Enzo Aramid on Natural Titanium! Nice, solid case. I like the look of the silver accents. It’s got some weight, similar to the Sheath. Buttons feel just as good as my Nomads. Smooth back, slight texture on the sides, seamless transition. MagSafe is extremely strong, strongest magnet of all my cases for sure. Matches with my black ESR wallet perfectly.

Thing is, it’s a problem for you but not necessarily a problem for others.
Quality control seems to be at an all time low right now. I've had issues and/or defects with 4-5 cases of the 12-15 I bought this generation. Raging from $20-109 so cost has no bearing on whether or not it's going to be defect free.
I still need to get around to returning or exchanging my faulty Nomad Sport Case. One of the two Stand One chargers I have died last week, so that'll need to be dealt with to0. Having to make a video showing that it's broken is not something I'm looking forward to making. Pictures aren't going to cut it with the charger. I'll figure something out.

Would be the perfect case if it wasn't a fingerprint magnet.
With clean hands, it’s been fine so far. I’ll see how it fares throughout the day though. Sounds like fingerprints are a thing with all the aramid cases.

Yeah, man. Was customer service able to sort anything out for you? Maybe order another Enzo, and return it with the Ultra Hybrid they were meant to get.

Oh, I should add that the border of the case is clear, but the protective layer around the sides is white, so I don't know that it would look great on your black phone.

Nope, spent like an hour on the phone and nobody could figure out what to do.
Might just do that.
I don’t think I had gotten a shipping noti for mine. But if you click View Order Status on the confirm email, you might see a tracking number

It's a problem for everyone that uses magsafe only, you don't need a cable anymore it's nearly 2024.
I know some people can't put their phone down long enough so still use cables lol
