i use firefox all the time and am even using the beta version.
although sometimes i need to use opera or safari

Google Chrome - Windows
Safari - Mac OS X

Has Chrome been updated significantly since first release? If so I might have to try it again but before it would seriously choke and stall on slower hardware. Not to mention the colour scheme.

For any opera fans I love this skin theta

Chrome seems to be really fast but nothing significant has been changed since first release.. well anyway, i'm waiting for Mac version but i don't think it will take me away from Firefox ;)

wow a lot of people use safari.
i would think that there would be tech savy people on here and see the benefits of firefox.

but w/e to each his own.

i know i used safari and thought down on firefox, but the day i was able to add to the search bar changed me forever.

there is a little add on and instead of only searching google in the top right search box, you can add all the ones you want.

i currently have 27 engines, and they are ordered in most to lest used.
1. google
2. cuil
3. ixquick
4. google directory
5. yahoo
6. answers
7. pirate bay
8. bittorrent monster
9. dictionary
10. creative commons
11. amazon
12. ebay
13. ask
14. fulldls
15. firefox addons
16. highwire press
17. time
18. cnn
19. discover magazine
20. los angeles times
21. find law
22. market watch
23. search edu
24. librarians index
25. sbc library
26. info mine
27. library of congress

not to mention all the other add ons i have.
but when i go on another browser im always like wtf why isn't this doing it, o wait ya it cant do that.

Firefox all the way. I dont understand the benefits of using Safari instead of Firefox, probably because there arent many. Anything (read: 99% of things) safari does firefox can do with an addon and probably even does it better. Adblocking, download management, themeing... Firefox just wins.

Safari 99.9% of the time. Only time I switch to firefox is when Safari can't seem to do something write. I trust OS X software before I trust 3rd party.

i still think safari is the best mac browser. I like webkit, safari is quick, looks nice, and with the inquisitor plug in i have all that i need!

i do await mac chrome, but, without having a inquisitor-like plug in i dont think i would beable to browse!

osx- safari secondary:firefox,opera

windows- chrome

Safari for surfing

Opera for YouTube and a little more

Firefox for stuff that Safari doesn't do as well

iCab and Camino, just to keep an eye on what is happening
