I finished the second season of Our Flag Means Death, it was enjoyable but it feels there is nothing much to say about the characters.

I’m also watching Loki but I don’t understand what’s happening. I hate the antagonist, specifically the how is speaks by pausing in the middle of every sentences.

I’m going to start Gen V, tomorrow.

And I finished BILLIONS. The end was too classical and I preferred the first seasons. There was not much about finance in the end, unfortunately. Prince’s story was a bit ridiculous.

I like Gen V, only 3 episodes left. I miss The Boys and most specifically the kiwi actors that play HOMELANDER & Butcher.

I loved Starr in Banshee, I watched it twice. One of my favorite all time show.

To me... Homelander is one of the most scary characters ever put to screen. The looks he has and the way he portrays that character. Down right scary and I love it!

We have a few more episodes left also and so far we are digging it a lot!!!!

What season are you in?

Well ten years ago I saw the first season of an anime called "Shingeki no Kyojin" or Attack on Titan, (mreo accuratley translated as the "Attacking or Advancing Giant") and tonight the final episode is airing. What a ride.

Probably the last guy around not to have seen The Walking Dead. Just finished season1 and half way through S2. Never been into zombie shows but my friends kept hounding me to give it a try. So far so good!!

Wwo, that was amazing and despite what some manga readers said the ending was perfect. Too bad for GoT fans and former SW fans like myself. I am really shook, will probably change my avatar at some point.

What I meant by mentioning Game of Thrones and Star Wars is how the endings got mucked up. Well at least for the sequel SW wars films ... as far as I am concerned AoT ending was perfectly executed and made sense. But boy is it bittersweet and left me kind of depressed with the idea that humanity will continue the cycle of hate and violence even without excuses like "the power of Titans" and the fate of the main characters especially the ship we thought would happen never did. Yet there was some beautiful hopeful moments too. Life is its own purpose, what is better than just throwing a ball and playing catch with your (foster) dad?

Watched The Fall of the House of Usher... WOW... What a great freaking show. Hooked us from the very beginning. Good stuff!!

Just started watching Bodies on Netflix. It a criminal murder mystery with science fiction (time travel) twist. It supposed to be based a a graphic novel (which I haven’t read). It starts off with multiple similar murders in 1890, 1941, 2023 and [sort of] 2053. All takes place in London and all the main characters are police officers.

I'll give it a try... ;)

Yeah this was the best thing I've seen this year. The ending of episode 2 left my jaw on the floor. Mike Flanagan rocks. Watch his other stuff if you haven't already. Midnight Mass was absolutely fantastic too. I'm currently watching The Haunting of Hill House and am loving it.

No Final Season Part 5?🙃🙃🙃

I hate waiting to know how a series end, so I waited until the "Final Season" to start binge watching. The last episode of "the Final Season" turned out not to be the last episode. A year later, Final Season Part 2. Huh? Wut!? One year later, Final Season Part 3. Fool me once...😒 Final Season Part 4. Confirmation that it's the final final.🤗

And it will live up to the hype.🤗🤩🥳🥳🥳

The only thing I'm mad about is all the major character gets a heroic death, except my favorite character. RIP Potato Girl.😭😭😭 It's on par with Attila the Hun dying of a nosebleed.😑

:pDon't worry it really was the final final episode. IMO it really did live up to the hyope and while not "AOE" (thankfully I didn't read the manga) Isayama did rework some of the dialogue.

BTW I also was upset about Sasha aka Potato Girl but I think this is part of the them of the stupidity and insanity of war - sometimes you just die suddenly in an unexpected and "stupid" way. Baron von Richtofen (the Red Baron) apparently died from a shot from an Aussie machine gunner in a trench while the Red Baron was chasing an allied plane and behind him he was chased by Canadian Roy Brown in a Sopwith Camel. Not a heroic dogfight he just slumped dead in his seat and his plane crash landed mostly intact.

Well still following Spy Family, and waiting for the next season of Vinland Saga, any other anime series you recommend? One Piece "scares" me as it is so long - kind of like Jo Jo's big Adventure. Maybe Ju Ju Kaitsen?

Last of all, really got an appreciation for the hard wok mangaka, animators and voice actors do. The anime studio staff have insane working schedules.

One Piece is over 1000 episodes so far and still going.😵 I'm taking a break from that series.

Mushishi. The series is episodic so you need to binge.

Somali and the Forest Spirit. I re-evalutated my parenting style after watching this anime. Golem is a strict father figure without being chaffing. The Missus is a tiger mom, so kids don't need a drill sergeant dad.😬 I can almost hear my kids saying, "Lighten up, Francis."

Usagi Drop. It brought back a lot of good memories of when my daughter was a toddler.🤗

March Comes in Like a Lion. I tried my hand at Japanese chess (Shogi) after watching this series.🙂

Planetes. Who cleans up all the debris orbiting the Earth from the Gundam/Macross space battles. The crew of DS-12 Toy Box, that's who.😁

I'm watchin Ajin right now. I've got Dorohedoro lined up after that.

Yea that is a good one…only got to episode 3 and need to finish it.

Signed up for Peacock on Halloween and got sucked into Twisted Metal. Brings back memories of playing the video games and the show has good amount of humor to it.
