Eye opening to say the very least...

How is it?!?!?!?!? I may sign up for Peacock just to watch it!!!!

It was decent. The story is good, post apocalyptic America, cars, jokes, and various characters from the game. The action scenes are bit short compared to newer action movies. For me it was more of the nostalgia of the game.

I love me some good Godzilla action, so I will be checking out Apple TV+'s Legacy of Monsters. It debuts Friday Nov 17th and will be my first Apple TV+ show I watch. It's got a 91 on Rotten Tomatoes critics review so far.

(I'm a sucker for old Japanese monster and sci-fi movies)

We just finished binging Once Upon A Time In Wonderland, the spinoff series from Once Upon A Time.

The original series was quite average, IMO, but Robert Carlyle is always good, so all-in-all that was worth watching.

I always liked Alice In Wonderland (the book(s) and even some of the movies), so I had some hopes that Once...In Wonderland would be fun to watch, but how wrong was I...? It's - by a clear margin - the worst show I've seen in years. Writing, acting, special effects, all sub-par, and the result was almost painful to watch. The only good thing I can say is that they only made one season...

Now we've started binging The Americans, just finished with season 1. Very good, and since I'm old enough to remember the Cold War, it gives the show even more of an edge.

This show right here is the only reason I am signing up. I will binge some of the other shows... but man you and me both (I too am a sucker for old Japanese monster and sci-fi movies!!)

All the Godzilla and Gamera movies, Prince of Space, Invasion of the Neptune Men...good stuff :)

I saw the two premiere episodes of Legacy of Monsters. I liked it, it seems (for once) the people characters are fleshed out just as well as the monsters (special shout out to that creep-i-fying daddy long legs spider monster in th beginning). Though the jumping between time lines might be a bit jarring for some.

I’m still on One Piece and I really like it. It’s fun and the actors play well! No wokeness, yet which is rare! Would definitely recommend it.

I just got in bed and saw this post!! I'm half tempted to get up and watch.. is it any good?

Probably the last guy around not to have seen The Walking Dead. Just finished season1 and half way through S2. Never been into zombie shows but my friends kept hounding me to give it a try. So far so good!!

I love zombie shows but I find they all try to focus too much on being artistic with it all and not enough brain munching for my liking.

Season 1 is great but it does massively slow down. sometimes its like a nature show with shots of the woods and broken down cars etc..

But I am looking forward to the rest of it.

Right now I've been rewatching Star Trek: Lower Decks

I love this series and picking up new things regarding Mariner since we've had all the season 4 revelations have been great.

I love Tawny Newsome. She nails Mariner perfectly. In fact, the entire cast is great.

Well I made it through season 6 and really liked it. Then they hired this character named Negan. I absolutely can't stand that guy and every second I look at him I want to slap that damn smirk off his face. So that's probably it for me unless I fast forward through any scene he's in. But you are right it did slow down, I just really liked the characters that were surviving until this clown showed up!!!
