And then move on to Bones. 12 Seasons, intelligent, you learn a lot of stuff, and enough to keep you going for at least a couple of weekends, so long as you don't sleep.

Couldn't watch Bones... kept expecting vampires to show up and was (more or less unconsciously) disappointed when they didn't.
Maybe one to re-watch now... 🙂

Just finished season one of Mayor of Kingstown, really enjoyed it, hope season 2 is just as good.

Rewatching Only Murders in the Building with my wife. I've seen it, but she hasn't. Worth the time investment, IMO.

Just finished season 3 of Mayor of Kingstown, wow what a great series, from everything I've read season 4 is even better. Shame it's getting cancelled after season 5, so much they could do with this show. I hope it gets renewed on another network.

An anime take on Shallow Hal.
The female lead, Tabata, is someone easy to fall for, if she wasn't hobbled with a debilitating inferiority complex. The male lead, Ueno, is Mr Perfect: good looking, athletic, kind, popular. The reason he can see past the Tabata's Plain Jane looks and see her true worth is because he once the shy and unpopular kid in junior high.
Like all rom-com, the obstacle that keeps them apart is a failure to communicate. It works here because kids are 💩 at communicating.🤭 Miscommunication in an adult rom-com makes me want to pimp slap the couple.

I just finished watching an outstanding Chinese "custom" series at YouTube. Each video should be around 5 hours long, maybe more, but I was so impressed by the first one That I had to watch the second video a couple of days later. And unlike lots of Asian shows of this kind where the good guys dye, this one has a happy ending, but it's not a show for the faint of heart.

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy -- Some people don't like it because it isn't 'Trekky' enough, but it is different. It deals with students each solving a different problem each week, rather than the Captain.
Patience -- If you haven't watched Patience, you should. Based on a French series, but much better. An autistic character actually played by an autistic actor.
The Pitt -- is back on. Compulsory viewing.
The Lincoln Lawyer -- is up to Season 4. Eminently bingeable. Watch the last episode of Season 3 before watching Season 4.
Will Trent -- Another neurodiverse detective, this time he is dyslectic, and how he copes with that.

Just finished season 4 of Mayor of Kingstown. This is one hell of a show, season 2 was probably the weakest of the 4 so far, I really hope he does a great job closing out the series with season 5.

All Creatures Great and Small from the 70's I loved. I would watch it on PBS every Sunday morning before church.

My wife and I just binged the 3 seasons of The Diplomat.
The inter-relations between the characters had us howlin' with laughter.
Yesterday binged the first 5 episodes of the fourth serie of The Lincoln Lawyer.
Great transistion from the books to the TV series and when I'll travel to North and South Dakota this summer I will try to rent a Lincoln Navigator if possible.
