wow. so apple releases iPhone 4 on Verizon in February.. White iPhone end of February/ early March..Im starting to think that their wont be an iPhone 5 or whateva its going to be called in June/July... Well this is the best selling iphone in iphone history.. Maybe they are delaying a little bit.. Could we see an october/december release??
Or for those who were/are desperate, they would've ordered some white parts and swapped them out with their black ones. Just as good as the real white one that won't be out for a long time.

All of them want to attract traffic - not for your entertainment (at least not only for that) but to generate ad income. Most news/rumors are insightful or at least entertaining. You won't believe it (and it is hard to believe) - but some people actually care about the white iPhone. If you don't care - don't click the link after reading the headline and don't spent the time commenting on it. By clicking the link, you increase the hit counter which provides feedback to the new/blog/rumor page what articles attract readers and therefor attract ad income. So if you really don't care, do yourself a favor and don't click on the link.

Question, I'm assuming Verizon has the 30 day return window like Apple for an iphone, could one instead of return the iphone, do an exchange, or return it and then get white one still under subsidized prices if it falls within those 30 days?
I'm thinking...the VZ iphone comes out on the 10th, so if the white one turns up within a month, I could return the black iphone and exchange it for a white one for the same 199 price tag....of course if this is even possible and within a 30 day window.

If a white iPhone is launched, it will be interesting to see if it sports the new antenna design. I recall that the leak of the design showed a slot for a sim card, whereas the Verizin phone has no such slot. (I know, it could have been a test prototype, or a next Gen iPhone design, just speculating.)

Wonderful. The Verizon iPhone is finally scheduled, and the white iPhone 4 rumors come back.
My guess is that the white iPhone 4 will be made available on Verizon only, in addition to the standard black model. That'd make up for them being behind when AT&T gets the iPhone 5. I personally think would be silly to release a new iPhone 4 in white on AT&T in February, with the iPhone 5 on the way in June / July.
Then again, maybe there will be an 8gb iPhone 4 in black or white available at $99 when the iPhone 5 is out at $199 / $299. Then again still, maybe there's gonna be one single iPhone released to both carriers this Summer.
I'm particularly interested to see the drama that unfolds if the iPhone 4 on Verizon is left behind the iPhone 5 on AT&T. When will the generations line up between the 2 carriers? What happens to those that bought the oPhone 4 on Verizon, if the iPhone 5 is made available in a few months? Those are my questions. (Although, I'm not switching.)

People would go ballistic if the iPhone 5 was not released in June during WWDC like it has been since 2007. What the heck would Apple do at WWDC if there was no iPhone 5 introduction?
I honestly would be incredibly surprised if they do release a white iphone now. The iphone 5 is just around the corner.. why waste all the time and effort for the white one now?
