i've settled into (LOL...i change my setup constantly) iconoclasm AND iblank...and am good for now (meaning, will not stress about gridlock).

for now...

I'm waiting.

I purchased iconoclasm but was very disappointed. Fiddle with it. Tried out
the different stuff but then it screwed up my layouts. It even moved my icons
from my folders to the desktop which wasn't what I expected or wanted.

Oh well, I'll wait for Gridlock. I had it on my 4s with 5.0.1 and loved it.

I'm now on 6.1.2, have all the Apps in the folders I want. Just want to make
the folders look nicer.

Thanks for taking my money, chpwn.

Don't spend it all in one place.

as anxious as i've been to have this tweak, am sure the developer is not out partying it up on our dime...anyway, am hoping to see the update soon.
he's done great things, so...let's give him a chance to get this together...

Chpwn just tweeted a little while ago that he's "getting closer" to finishing the gridlock update for iOS6.

he's been posting that same phrase since day1 of the evasion JB.. :D

But most of his Apps he upgraded to iOS 6 well before the release of evasi0n as he had one of the first fail breaks.

If Gridlock is taking longer its because its more difficult, not a lack of effort.

i appreciate that, and am not picking on him; just mentioning his default response... (which is, after all, entirely accurate...)

iconoclasm is a bit buggy, but in the end I am happy with it. Once you get it set up properly, it is pretty solid. And the flexibility in layouts can't be beat.

Who else is waiting for Gridlock to update?

Wow this is what the author said

"An update will be released when it's complete"
Duh common sense

He's got a big head and thinks the world revolves around him.

He does great work ... He produces amazing tweaks ... And he has contributed greatly to the JB community, yes, but that doesn't mask his shi*ty fu**ing attitude.

He's churned out that response about 500 times now.

He could of replied saying its complicated now in ios6 and might take a few weeks work.

I've always found him courteous and helpful with a really good attitude.

I've not had the need to tweet him so I don't know.

After downloading iblank I don't think I'll ever need to now. ;)

Same here. iblank is doing its job just fine. Although adding like 50+ blank icons to get my display the way I wanted it took some time. ImageUploadedByTapatalk 21362639137.061133.jpg

iBlank is a piece of crap compared to Gridlock.

And Chpwn has been nothing but kind every time i've tweeted him, so you guys can just be delusional about the fact that he probably uses (or should use) an automated twitter program to automatically spit that response out when he's tweeted w/ Gridlock mentioned.

He doesn't need to answer your tweaks, or the other 1000's he gets. He just needs to develop.

I always find it easier to email him.

Chpwn tweeted this morning "I think tomorrow may be the day". It's not clear exactly what he's talking about but hopefully it's regarding the gridlock update! Of course I could be reading way too much into this haha.

Ironically, I don't even theme my phone. I just like to use a combination of gridlock and FolderEnhancer to keep my Homescreen clean, simple, and to one page.

heres hoping for tomorrow then! sorting out exxOS was a massive pain with i-blanks. 8 pages to do
