1690 songs, 5.5 days, 15.31GB spread over 5 HDs. Most are ripped at 320 kbps. Also have artwork for all songs. Each album is a playlist.

I preferred the black text actually, brown has never been my favourite colour...



I now have 4323 items, 13.5 days, 27.25 GB

Has anybody noticed that 50 times his library is 250GB, not 100GB. I just found this quite funny.

I combined my collection with that of a friend who works next to me, we have a shared drive that has reached:

63.7GB, 13832 songs 38.2 days

Kind of pointless though as we would never listen to all of that music, it plays random all day every day. What sucks is that it got too big to sync to my 60GB iPod:mad: now everything has to be done manually

I'm a music junkie. 41961 items, 156.5 days, 313.33 GB

That's paired down to just the music I like and I can sing EVERY word. My mind is a steel trap for music - a freekin' encyclopedia if you will.

Getting ready to digitize my 1000+ record collection over the winter. Must have more songs in the daily shuffle.

100% legal, all from Ripped CDs.


There was someone here on MR who had 750 GB of MP3!!!!!

Oh my DAYS. What bitrate do you encode to??? I'm on 7,045 songs and 40.12GB... doesn't iTunes lag like hell with a library that huge? I hope you've got it all backed up!
 
I just started ripping all my cds and transfering music to my other computer(s) and so far I am at 8.87gigs. I feel so worthless in the itunes family :( .
