4. Your batteries within the Magic Mouse and Keyboard obviously never needed recharging. I didn't know. Cheers.
LOLPlug both keyboard, mouse, and headphones directly to the M1 and work intensely for a few days this way. Allow the M1 to sleep this way for hours too, for those few days. The software and the neurals (sic) may have some "learning" to do, directly connected for a spell.
Exact same problem with mine - 2 simultaneous disconnects / reconnects at a time every 2 hours (ish) when I'm hard wired to the network.I still have issues with my Magic Mouse 2.
I've disconnected my USB 3 hub, I've disconnected my second monitor (USB C to HDMI adaptor), I've disconnected my external SSD and left with nothing but a monitor and one sounds card (USB 2).
I've also disabled 2.4GHZ WiFi completely and tried to use safe mode.
Further more, I've tried to reset bluetooth module and factory reset all bluetooth devices but to no avail.
I'm quite lost really. Every 1-2 hours the magic mouse stops for 10 seconds, then says "disconnected", a few second after "connected" again but it won't move, then "disconnected" and finally 5-10 second after it says "connected" for the second time and it's all back to normal.
Exact same behavior pretty much every 2 hours. Not sure what to do.
I’m not tech savvy, but how does a 4K monitor display 5K?My "base" M1 Mac Mini is currently rockin' a 28" Samsung U28E590 display at 5120 x 2880 @ 60Hz via HDMI-2.1, leaving both USB-C / Thunderbolt-4 ports open for external storage. My monitor has two HDMI inputs -- one is 30Hz and the other is 60Hz (with a compatible cable). I assure you the Mac Mini has no problems driving this gorgeous 5K display smoothly at 60Hz via its HDMI output.

Okee-doke, then. I keyed into my MacBook from a re-start that way, many moons ago.Yes. It was ridiculous.
Still having issues with the display not waking on mine.
Had half a dozen support calls with Apple now. In the latest they said it‘s likely the fault of the monitor, as it probably doesn’t support M1 Macs. I contacted Samsung (the display is a S24F350 - not a new or high-spec monitor I know) and they weren’t all that helpful, simply saying that a PC monitor may sometimes struggle on Mac OS 😔
I’m at a loss now. I am in the market for a better monitor (which presumably wouldn’t have this issue??) but had hoped to use the Samsung as a second screen. But that might not be possible unless I’m prepared to power off the Mini almost every day...
I do wonder whether a fresh install might help? I started this Mini up using Migration Assistant (transferring from my 2011 MBP). I‘ve heard that a fresh install is better, but not sure it would help with this? (I suspect it would be a bit of effort...)
Is this wifi?My Internet connection is really poor on the M1 Mac mini. I get 70-75mbs on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air M1 but less than 10mbs on the Mac mini. Got no idea why
I hope I have fixed it by deleting the wifi preferences as in this link https://osxdaily.com/2016/09/22/fix-wi-fi-problems-macos-sierra/ Showing as 70-75mbps now. Hope it lasts! My Internet connection is really poor on the M1 Mac mini. I get 70-75mbs on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air M1 but less than 10mbs on the Mac mini. Got no idea why
