I actually ordered mine on August 18th and received the tracking number today.Much much earlier then I expected. Only took 22 out of the 45 estimated days.
Wow i ordered mine on July 26th and nothing yet. I think that puts me on day 44 so it should be shipping anytime now but with that being said, i hate you.

Which case did you get? I got the "classic retro slim bag" which looks like the easiest to make so maybe they got thru it quicker ... ?Also, I actually tried to cancel my order because of several unsuccessful encounters with their customer service and several horror stories on MR. Maybe that help it somewhat?
Maybe you got to try contacting them several times for them to get off their *** and do something about it? All in all, I am sorry for your (and all the other people on this thread) wait; I couldn't stand mine and it was only half of yours ...
I finally got my black and red "black series." I like the red, and i really like this case better than the SP i had with the 3g. My only nitpick is there is a slight dent on the back metal where it says "vaja." looking level it isn't noticeable but when theres light on it, the dent kind of sticks out. w/e, i'm not going to deal with a return and wait another 50 days over something like that.
Not impressed with Vaja. Ordered a iPhone and iPad case August 12th. On day 46 of the wait, I emailed them to find out whats going on and was told:
Who wouldn't consider this wait not proper.
Not only that, but they charged my credit card when I ordered, and I had to pay for the case yesterday, even though it hasn't shipped yet.

I ordered a custom color case about 45 days ago. I received my tracking info a couple days ago and I should have my case on Thursday. Can't wait!
Just got it in today looks great. Only flaw is on the left side it doesn't quite wrap around but I guess its expected from a handmade item.
Got my case yesterday. Love it, they did a great job on the workmanship. The case smells amazing and feels great in hand.
I'm glad it smells good. I've always wanted a vaja case but there are so many options. So many decisions.
Love the Case, Unimpressed with Vaja Service
Got the Vaja Agenda 2 Limited Edition case Tuesday and love it. The service with Vaja hasn't been great though.
First, the order was guaranteed by FedEx to take 2 business days. It missed the truck on the 2nd day and took an extra day. Also, I entered our business name on the order form, yet Vaja didn't put it on the label, must be an issue with their system. I had to call FedEx after they couldn't find us without a business name.
On Vaja's website, they guarantee that they will refund the shipping charge if a shipment goes past the delivery guarantee.
I emailed and informed them that the shipment was late and asked for the refund and was told:
Actually FedEx guarantees 2 business days delivery, so it is eligible.
I emailed back stating the FedEx guarantee and was told:
I guess FedEx is lying then. I've heard of numerous people getting their orders in 2 days. Ours was at the Fedex depot in our town at 8am the 2nd business day, but for some reason missed the truck. 2 days is certainly possible.
Coles notes: Don't expect Vaja to live up to their guarantees. Their probably claiming my shipment with FedEx right now and keeping the money to themselves.

Just got the order confirmation and they processed it today. The Vaja rep said it takes 25 working days to craft followed by a shipment email. I've heard of people saying they didn't get any mails at all and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Walds11, I have to agree. I've used the Grip on iPhone2 and my 3GS and agree, the case for the iPhone4 is just eh. So much so, I've gone back to using my Generation II Sonic Snap case. Low profile, great feel, minimalist design that just works for me I guess.

Just noticed they have a couple of new pre-made cases. The mammut is there, but the cafe & vibrant orange is sexy!!!
EDIT: I just bought the cafe/vibrant orange even though i just got my custom black series (red) lol. I couldn't help it, i think the cafe/orange floater is the perfect combo, darn you Vaja, why couldn't you have had this in the first place and i never would have bought the black series. Oh well, i guess ill just be able to switch in and out.
