I've already called Apple CS a few times. Also, I received the dreaded EOD email from them but that email is Apple's written guarantee to me that I'll get my order between 4/24 and 5/8. Otherwise, if I don't, I sue them in court and for much more than an Apple Watch 42MM SS BSB. I'll sue them for fraud, breach of contract, and pain and suffering.

That seems like a bit much. If I don't get mine I think I might ask for a free link bracelet and a handwritten letter of apology from Tim

So for each country that has had movement they appear to be charging people based on exact order time to the second?

Correct. Early on, people were getting super upset because they thought x person was getting the watch before them... The current thinking is a sku/country timeline.

If production issues are playing a roll, it's lower level to the distribution plan.

How they make the call regarding which country gets x of a sku is also not completely known at this time.

 I'd like to see you try.

It's not guaranteed it's estimated. A company can only charge you for a product of it ships out in 5 days, as long as they don't do that you'll look like an even bigger ass hat in court than you sound now.

Trust me, Apple doesn't want the negative publicity. They might give me 10 watches of my choice (including an Edition) just to go away.

I've seen several people report here that their delivery window was pushed back an extra two weeks by simply changing their delivery address. If you want to do this I would advise calling Apple and speak with a rep to get verification that you can change the address without it pushing your delivery back.

I spoke to Apple and changed my delivery address through the site. My date is still 4/24-5/8. Obviously 4/24, 4/25 and 4/26 are out of the question at this point. 00:05:27 still processing...

From shenzhen?

No. The running theory currently is the flights inbound to AK from s. Korea do not have watches. Not been confirmed. The flights from AK to TN also might not have much as not many flights from shenzhen came in today. Time will tell.

Two planes on their way to Louisville.

You must have money to burn. More cents than sense. I want my watch but not so badly that Im willing to pay more for one purchased on eBay. No way for me, sir. I'll patiently wait until 5/8 and continue to deal with Apple.

Agree 100%
Also why try to buy on Ebay something noone else has?

Looking forward to seeing if mine (or my backup WSB) comes into rotation before Monday or not.

A few are coming from China: UPS#63 is coming from Hong Kong.

Just got off of the phone with Customer Service. She told me my order time was 12:03:13... I used Apple pay with my citicard CC... I did NOT receive the "email of death" and I am located in South Florida. Still have not been charged and still Processing!

Wow that's terrifying. What if I attempted to contact UPS and change the shipping address once it's already preparing for shipping? I was reading that I could pay to have that done, but I haven't noticed anybody on the forum who's done that.

I did for the sports watch on Friday. I tried to pick at the store but it would give me a delivery for Monday 27. I was not home on the 24 so I changed to pick up at the central store which I did without issues
I suggest calling UPS once shipped, otherwise it may screw up things

I'd rather Tim focus on correcting his forecasting model/supply chain issues. I think I'll just ask for an upgrade to the space black model. :)

My order details:

Received EOD
NJ
CC not charged
Still processing

A delivery by 5/1 and I'll be happy... considering the circumstances.

I'm guessing you didn't read the terms and conditions of sale very closely.

Specifically this part:

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Apple may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Apple may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Apple’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Apple Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Apple cancels an order after you have already been billed, Apple will refund the billed amount.

Now once they've billed you there is the possibility that you might have a claim since at that point the transaction has been consummated (regardless of what their terms say.) However before that point you've agreed that right now you don't have anything from them other than acknowledgement that you want to buy something.

Same time, still "processing."

Pretty crazy.

Congrats. I too have a email confirmation of :03am I'm still processing though.

Can you please check when exactly your order confirmation came in please. Hit the forward email button on the confirmation email and it will show you minutes and seconds.

Out of curiosity, do you know your full confirmation time with the seconds? I'm asking because mine was 3:03:47 and I've had no movement on my watch. I'm just curious how close I'm getting.

Im sure your time will come soon enough!

My confirmation email exact time was at 3:03:05 AM ED
