Wrong. In-Store was a radio button but disabled this time. It was not announced store pick-ups were unavailable. U.S. die-hards wanted the experience of standing in line for pick-up.

You may be right. Since I prefer home delivery I didn't bother to try it.

I did the in-store pickup on the iPhone 6 release. Showed up the evening of the release after driving almost two hours to get to the nearest Apple Store, just to find out they cut off the line because it was too long. I had to turn around and come back the next morning. I'm not doing that again...no way. Haha.

Guess no changes tonight. Full set of flights again tomorrow.

The map I'm looking at shows quite a few flights going to Louisville from Anchorage. It doesn't say where they originated, and I know that Louisville is a huge hub for UPS so it could be anything, but it's possible...

Yes. I spoke to Apple via phone this morning who confirmed this. Although I have seen some anomalies. For US, we seem to be up to the XX:03:30 mark, give or take.

Makes me wonder how many orders they receive in a second...

Mine was at 3:03:32 confirmed email and was charged this morning at 4AM but was still at processing still at 10PM.

I just hope they'll be an onslaught of planes coming in next 48 hours so some charges can be done. Hope I'll be able to get mine by next Friday. This waiting is brutal.

Can you please check when exactly your order confirmation came in please. Hit the forward email button on the confirmation email and it will show you minutes and seconds.

I've forwarded my email multiple times and tried viewing it from a few different apps and browsers but don't see the seconds. I'm isong Gmail. What am I missing?

Then I'll sue them for order discrimination. Don't worry me and and a motivated lawyer will come up with something creative to teach Apple not to mess with the little guy. Companies like Apple live for their reputation and they don't want anything getting attention that might tarnish it. I know liberal Tim feels that way.

I'll be sure to let them know to have MacRumors provide them with screenshots of your idiotic posts for their case. Go find a real hobby buddy.

I hear what you say but in reality the law is not always coldly applied like that especially if the judge is sympathetic, the defendant is egregious, or there is a jury of people who don't interpret the law do clinically. For example, a couple can have a pre-nuptial agreement that spells out what one party gets plain and simple. But a Jude might decide that it is not fair since couple has been together for such a long time and amend it accordingly. Another example is when people get hired as at will employees, they can pretty much get fired if the boss doesn't like them. But they still sue and companies lose because the offended party is able to show why it was unfair in some way. Sometimes people see that and side with the offended party even if the law as it may be written is straight clear against them.

Lol you ever been to a real life court room? They wouldn't give you the time of day friend.

Face it, there really is no recourse.

You've seen here it folks. Look at the other threads. If you purchased a 42 mm Watch with Black sport band, you're screwed!

I don't know why they wouldn't have a ton of watches ready Sunday night/Monday morning. A few people in the past day said that Apple told them the warehouses and factories don't close, so they should be very stockpiled by the end of the weekend, I would think. And there are still many UPS flights going from Anchorage to Louisville, so I think the changes are pretty great for many of us early folks to receive something at least by Monday.

I'm almost certain Apple legal is working at this very moment wondering how they will combat the airtight legal case that you have against them.

Tonight or tomorrow?

Early in the morning. It shows them arriving from 12:35 a.m. to 8:39 a.m. EST. Again, these could be planes for anything, seeing as how massive UPS is, but it's a chance.

If you want to keep track yourself, visit the website below. It will show images of where the planes are in the air, and below will tell you where they departed from, where they are going and when they are scheduled to arrive. The US Apple Watches seem to be the China to Anchorage to Louisville flights.

Could you imagine the nightmare of sorting through 1 million orders and breaking it down by model and cross checking deliveries to prove this? I hope he has a few lawyers to take that on. Lol

Anyone been charged for 42MMSSBSB this weekend?

I was this morning at 4AM on my AMEX

Watch ordered: 42 MM SS BSB

Order and Ship location: York, PA
EOD: Yes
Order Status: still processing As of 10PM
CC: Charged @ 4AM AMEX

So someone on another thread asked how many Apple Watches would fit on a plane. I figured the last iPhone launch would be a good place to start, so I Googled it and found a website that said one 747 which was flying some iPhone 6 pallets before launch held 195,000. I don't know how to compare that to the watches, but gives you an idea that they can hold quite a bit of cargo. Just food for thought!

I literally just ordered a 42mm SS with black sport band...wonder if I'll get it before 2016!?

I wasn't going to jump on the apple watch band wagon but I needed a new watch so might as well!

Nope. That is not true. Just patiently wait until 5/8. Apple will deliver on their timetables. They're good at making their delivery commitments. So unless there is some sort of serious production issue then they will be good on their dates.

Btw, I'm just having some fun on the forum. I'm a major Apple Enthusiast. I consider them to be the best company in the world and an American company at that. While I wait for my order, I'm hanging out on the forum from time to time just because misery loves a little company. But don't sweat, Apple will get our watches to us. When we ordered on 4/10, they did give us a delivery window of 4/24 - 5/8 so let's give them that time. Try not to get so wrapped up and serious in checking out flight schedules and trying to predict what planes carries what and to where. That's crazy! Enjoy life. Have fun.

And that being said, I bid you all a good night.

No product on launch day? = screwed :p

It's not a logistical problem but a supply problem.
