I ordered a 42 mm SS Watch w/ black sport band at 12:03am on 4/10 and am still seeing processing. At least I'm not alone
Credit card was charged earlier this afternoon. Status changed at Approx 3pm GMT -7 (Mountain Time).
I was an AVP for Wells Fargo. I have read news articles estimating pre-sales anywhere from 1.5mil to over 3 million watch orders. There is 0% chance that apple can charge this many cards in only a few hours.
As mentioned in another thread, it might be that the black sport SS are already in their central hubs or release countries, as they seemed to be a popular configuration.
Regardless of how many pre-orders they received, they only have to charge credit cards for those they're ready to ship, which will be a far lower quantity.

One thing we might have going in our favor is that both models of the SS BSB were among the last models during launch to sell out of the first wave. Does that mean it was an unpopular model, or that they had plenty of them? Judging by this thread, I'm gonna say its the latter?
same here, ive been checking my capital one account and apples web store....ughI haven't refreshed a page so many times since I preordered this thing!
My friend ordered his at 2:02am CST and got his "Preparing for Shipment" notification and a charge on his card earlier today. He ordered a 42mm SG w/ Black Sport Band.
I ordered the same model at the same time and haven't received any updates or a charge.
It'll happen. Just be patient and keep checking!
Our day is tomorrow. This is a popular style. Bet these are sitting in warehouses in there destination locations just waiting to be put on a fed ex (or ups) truck. The fact that none of us have moved to "preparing for shipment" is a great sign! (I hope)##
