You know what would be fun is having an MR thread with the iChat account of the Mac you're playing with in an Apple Store listed. Then people could chat in the new iChat AV to each other... Of course, since you guys start at 6pm EST, those of us in the UK would have to hang around for a long time!
Well the goodies made me think twice, but I get finished work at 5:00, and ther is no way I'd make it to Towson, Bethesda or Clarendon in any sort of time to have a good spot in line.

I'm going. I really hope the one in my mall doesn't close at normal closing time for the mall. I hope they leave it open for the special events.
I'm considering it, but I don't know... I mean, isn't it just a lot of standing around, looking at products? i can do that for 10-15 minutes, but not for hours... Hell the last time I bought a computer at an AS, I was in and out in about 35 minutes, and that was on thanksgiving-sale-rush-day. But I would like to say I went to one, since I bitched for so long about no Apple store in Iowa.

I'll be at the downtown San Francisco store all night. I've already ordered Tiger (up-to-date), but I'm hoping to get some swag and perhaps win a cool prize.

Even though my copy of Tiger is coming from the Apple Store online, I'm still going to make it to one of the Atlanta release events. Atlanta or North Point? I can't decide, and I'm right in between them in Sandy Springs.
