The mall by my house doesnt allow anyone to Line up until 5am. And then the doors open at 7... Starts the sale at 8.

I just went by at 2am and there isn't a single soul... at any of the entrances, not even a car in the parking lot. I wonder if this will be easier than I thought.

Just g Stamford Mall (CT), Apple Store and I am the first, and although I am told there is a line in the parking garage. I am right outside the Apple store as I was able to find a door that had just been opened by security.

Watching the apple employees set up the demo units and displays. what do is I tried to sleep numerous times starting at 10pm, and although I wasn't really crazy excited or anything I was wide awake the whole time.

I'm in line at the SoHo store. A lot (and I mean a lot!) of Chinese folks, presumably here to buy it and sell it back to someone in China.

Birmingham, AL. Verizon store at the Summit. Showed up at 5AM, second in line. Half hour later, still only two of us here. We're sitting in our cars until more people show up.

Apple Store is in this same shopping center. I'd estimate around 150 people in line, local news stations, etc. there's also an AT&T store in here, but I didn't drive by that one.
