Lol I pre ordered online but if I waited in line for 8 hrs overnight and was still the only I'd be pissed. I mean half the fun I thought was enjoying the enthusiasm w other people ??

Just did a little recon in the Houston area (I preordered but I'm bored). Large AT&T store on Sawdust Road off 45 North had about ten people at midnight. Last year I was first in line at that store at about 6am. Woodlands Mall (Apple Store) seemed to be chasing off people as no one but security was observed (there were a lot of cars near the entrance nearest the store but I couldn't tell if they were occupied. There was no one at the tiny AT&T store next to Kroger on Rayford Road next to Imperial Oaks. Good luck and stay safe everyone.

Apple store in Naperville, Il... I'm #74 and they have been awesome about relaying availability, they even have someone coming out about every 30 min check up on the lines and what product everyone is in line for.

this is what the line here looked like when i got to the mall at midnight (a friend came by at 11 and called me telling me there were already 30 people here..i was in bed, but got up and met him out here..)


..i probably could have just came at 4 like i was planning...there arent that many people here yet..still under a hundred I would say...
