6+, using the Apple leather case, feels great and doesn't add much thickness...makes it easier to hold IMHO.

Not using a screen protector.

Also have AppleCare+.

Didn't think I would like the Apple leather case, but I love it. Great fit. Purchased it because I had no other case and it does feel great too.

Agreed. It almost feels like part of the phone, and it is honestly a great way for Apple to address the comments that they should make an iPhone with a grippy back.

Former nudist here and have been rocking the Apple leather for a couple of days now. So far so good..though I miss it raw

My phone lip has a slight scratch, picked up the PowerSupport air jacket for full coverage. Spent another 30.00!

Surprisingly tempted with my 6+

Feels much better, and it's both insured and has Apple Care+

Already brought a case though...

also tempted but the slightest hairline scratch would annoy me so 2 replacements wouldn't be enough for that ;) bought the thinnest clear case possible.

just curious if all the naked owners buy apple care?? can the thread starter add a poll?

Go with these. Benefits of no cover but adds the important protection to the corners where breakage often happens when phone is dropped. I use them and can recommend.

Who's rocking their 6 naked?

Mine is BSE screen protector front and back, it's almost naked without scratching the front and the back. Love the curved screen, BSE coverage is great.

Always had front and back screen protectors on all my iPhones since 3GS. Its not as easy to put on, but once you take the time, it lasts a year or so. I replace it every year.

Where does one purchase this?

Nevermind. Found it! Which is better? Glossy Our matte?

Glossy for me. Matte on the screen looks funny to me.

I even made a camera protrusion protector with the home button cutout. Now the camera ring doesnt touch when I set the phone on a desk or hard smooth surface, phone rests on the BSE skin. And it almost looks invisible but still protecting the camera protrusion.

Oooh. Good call on the camera protection too. Has it affected pictures at all?

It doesn't cover the camera lens, so pictures are not affected. I used a hole punch to put a hole in the home button cut out. So the camera lens is exposed but recessed beneath the skin.

I've usually had cases on my iPhones, but after trying many cases on the 6 Plus, the only one I've found that I like the aesthetics of is the Apple leather case, and even that changes the experience of using the phone in positive (grip, overall feel) and negative (loose the curvature of the device, lip around the screen) ways.

When I had the space grey, I couldn't wait to get a case on it for how mismatched the front and back portions look, but now that I have a gold, I can't bear to put a case on it. I'll probably buy a Tech 21 or other good protector case for when I'm going to places I'm worried the phone might get damaged, but otherwise I think I'm going naked. Even a bumper changes the aesthetics of this phone in ways I dislike.

I just got a case from my cell store down the street. It was $5, and is only two dollars more on amazon. It's called "Octoarmor" and it's actually kind of pretty! My phone fits perfectly in it, and it isn't too much bulk added.

I think I properly added a picture to show off!

I might as well be. Only reason I added this "case" is to add some grip I suppose.

Is the case thick enough in the back so the camera lens sits flush or does the camera stick out a bit because the case is so thin?

My new iPhone 6 is the first iPhone (formally owned a 3G, 4 and 5) that I'll likely be using without the case. I bought a slim case, like usual, but it ruins the feeling of those curved edges on the LCD screen, so I've been going naked with the iPhone 6. I'm on the yearly replacement ATT NEXT plan, and I've yet to destroy a phone, so I'm risking it...knock on wood.

love how these threads (other forums too) always turn out to have people posting about what kinda case they use.

With that said, I usually go naked on all phones, but this time i got a .25mm thin case. mainly for fear of scratches on the back
