While I don't disagree with you on most of your points, a 3GS on 5.1 is pig slow. Many, perhaps even most, using a 3GS would much prefer the option of downgrading and having a more usable OS.

At least its still supported. Thats unheard of in Android land where 60% of current phones under a 2 year contract will never see ICS. A lot of those phones are still running Froyo, a 2 years old OS...

Well maybe they are not updated because they can't run the new software and give the user an acceptable experience? I can tell you my buddies 3GS on 5.1 is hardly a good experience. If you upgrade phones that are not capable of properly running the software you will end up with more unhappy customers then ones that are happy.

There are so many negative reports of 5.1 trying to run on a 3GS they probably would have been better to not support it. The only reason why they did is they are still trying to sell the old 3GS to people so they had to stick the software on it even if it wasn't properly designed to run it.

Yes the iPhone 3GS did get updated to 5.1, but a lot of people say it runs like crap on the phone. I know someone who did the upgrade with his 3GS and it lags all the time now. So much for that flawless iPhone experience.

The way you keep going on and on thread after thread it almost seems you are trying to convince yourself of something. I mean you say how much you love your new iPhone and how flawless it is and go on and on about those terrible Android phones. I think by now we have the point that you feel the iPhone is perfect and you hate Android phones, but some of us like the features of the Android phones. I know I sure enjoy having fast Verizon 4G LTE. I enjoy having widgets and multi-tasking is fast and easy from app to app. I also like having a larger 4.3" screen. It's all about opinion. You love your iPhone so I don't know why every post you make sounds like your trying to tell yourself how happy you are and make us listen to it over and over.

Ironically, your post does exactly the same thing :D
