I said I wasn't into little green robots that come to a screeching halt the fist time you try to upgrade them. I was referring to my Note 4 which turned to absolute trash after upgrading from KitKat to Lollipop which is why I never even tried Marshmallow. That was the final straw for me as far as Android. I bought the SGS7 because we always keep all major platforms as test devices at work so since the SGS5 was rubbish on Lollipop and the Note 4 was rubbish in Lollipop I got the SGS7 and I use it on my third line when my team doesn't need it. I couldn't have been speaking about the SGS7 because that came out with Marshmallow and I haven't received an update to Nougat.

Now as far as the supposedly nonexistent FB, Instagram, and banking apps, note below. Oh I only use Amazon on my iPhone because that's the only one I keep tied to my PayPal, as well as my two primary banks because the iPhone is mostly the phone I use for financial transactions.

So.....before talking nonsense, research it first.

Now....I don't care what you think of my Lumia 1520. I love it when I use it and that's all I care about. It's got a great camera that has literally replaced my point and shoot. It's got Adobe Photoshop Express and I love the pictures I get with it when I use it. I've had no issues at all with Windows 10 on it.

No don't care that you think the SGS 7 is the answer to the world's problems. I think it's rubbish. The stupid "unfortunately x.....x has stopped working" makes me want to put it in the rubbish bin where I think it belongs. THANK GOD I've got my iPhone 6s Plus on my first line and my iPhone SE on my second line and the third line is open to either the Lumia when I feel like it or the SGS7 when, against my better judgement, I put the third line SIM into it. Most of the time I don't use my third line, though. It was my mum's line that I used to pay for and I just can't call my carrier and close it out even after she died last year. So the phone on that line doesn't always get put in my bag.

It's not true, as shown in the pictures I posted above.
Dude...you could've easily shortened it and just said "welp.. I like my windows phone and you like something else. Let's agree to disagree". I appreciate your passion but you sounded pretty defensive in this post and it's totally unnecessary.

I could have. But when I answer something that's absolute rubbish I like to provide evidence. That's why I posted the screen shots. I had already done the "I don't care what you like or don't like" bit in a previous post.

You experience makes it sound as though the device was unusable which it wasnt for the vast majority.I admit I have a lot of problems regarding fluidity on my iPhone but at no point is it completely unusable.

Last time I checked on Windows Phone on my Lumia 930 the Instagram App was on beta for over a year.It was nowhere near as stable as Instagram ON iOS or Android.Heck,6tag a third party Instagram app was miles better than the official one.Microsoft's Facebook app completely lacks the polish and quality and features of iOS and Android.6Snap app for snapchat by Rudy Huyn was blacklisted within months of launch. In addition most of the banking apps on WP are just mobile wrappers including the one you showed.I might as well visit the website on my phone. The Google App on Windows is atrociously bad.It lacke

So yes it does lack apps. The basic apps themselves are completely hamstrung by lack of features which makes them as good as nothing.Instagram in particular was so useless it absoultely refused to show notifications no matter what I did.Instagram Stories is yet to be implemented. Its a HORRIBLE experience

"Lacking" apps means they don't exist. Which is what you said here.

The Galaxy S7 is Sammy's top selling model and if there were a flaw which renders the device unusable as you claim there would be furore all over the Internet by now.In addition I use a S6 at work which has been upgraded to Marshmallow without any issues whatsoever.

Lol.Windows Phone does not even have apps for Facebook, and Instagram .Are you seriously implying it's better than Android?

They do in fact exist.

Unless you can't admit having been proven wrong and are now just interested in moving goal posts.

And you can check for yourself the multiple reports of Lollipop destroying usability of the Note 4 and the SGS5. Which is what I stated I had. I never touched an SGS6 because I was disgusted with my Samsung experiences. When I turned in my SGS5 at work because it was a mess I was offered an SGS6. I declined and went for an iPhone 6 which hasn't given me any trouble at all.

I've skipped every upgrade from the 5s onwards. The reality is that since 2012, processor speed, display quality, and LTE connectivity reached a "good enough" point.

Stuff since then: TouchID, bigger displays, Apple Pay, and 3D Touch are nice to have, but not essential to the basic functions of the phone. I will concede that TouchID makes life easier by largely eliminating the need to enter a clunky passcode, but the rest of the stuff I could easily do without.

What will get people excited is a breakthrough in battery life.

Fairly certain that is pretty much the opposite of how many of your posts in relation to iOS 9 have come off. And I'm pretty sure most others who have participated in those threads would agree.

"Good enough" is the reason people replace cars every 10 years. Others replace a car every 3 years. I will replace my phone with the 6s because I want the latest tech.

I'm still excited and will watch the keynote, I just feel that no new design is really going to make this a boring launch.

Also all the jokes that will come from have a 3 year old design.

The design is in fact new, it's the form factor that remains the same. I'm curious about how they approach the lack of minijack. The phone may be thinner this year, but the props I need to bring with me will only grow. Now I need a charger for both my headset and my phone, along with 10400mah battery.

Introducing the Apple backpack...
