I'm a new customer and It's funny because I see it on my wife's premier store and not on mine especially after yesterday afternoon it was on both of ours but I was in class so I couldn't take advantage of the opportunity. Her discount is only 5 percent as oppose to mine being 20 percent. I also spoke to one of those online agents and all I get is that the site is currently being "updated".

My status is "still being processed" on the Premier site, but when I go the normal AT&T wireless site, it *finally* shows my order, but it says back-ordered. :rolleyes:
 
just pre-ordered two on premier. one for me and one for wifey ;) we both have "regular" phones and are upgrading to iphone 3GS's

Would you mind telling me how do I check the order through normal AT&T site?

My status on Premier site is the same as yours... "We have received your order request, and we expect to begin processing it shortly."

I ordered on Thursday morning without a problem. I have a FAN discount and it showed the correct discount on the voice and data plan, so it seemed to work just fine.

But, since it's a pre order I guess I won't know for sure until I receive the phone :rolleyes:

I use my home/work number since I am a new AT&T customer. The web number you get on the Premier site is *not* the same as the order number on this site.
 
I was finally able to order a 3gs to replace my old 2g! I have the premier discount and after talking to many sales reps and much frustration it finally worked!! The sales rep who actually did the order said that for some reason the premier store is separate and the phone cannot be shipped until the 19th and to expect it the following tuesday. Anyone else been told this when ordering through the premier store??
Just wondering if he is wrong or if thats when I will get it...
 
when I try to add a line on my premier account the 3gs doesnt show up as an option
 
I was also told tonight by a premier rep that the phones will not ship till the 19th. I did get the feeling that they are just as confused.it would be b.s if the pre order sign up stated we would receive them on the 19th. Ah well.

and... is there anyway to have them not ship it to the address and get the option to pick it up at a store?

this waiting game sucks.
 
i am guessing that they can't actually process the order until they have the phones at hand. so hopefully they get them in thurs and ship it overnight for a june 19th delivery.

looks like it takes about two days to process (ordered 11th, today is the 13th)

I placed order on the 11th and it is still not processed. :mad: Today is the 15th.
 
Ordered also from Premier. Following the regular AT&T order status site, it ways : Various Sim in progress, iphone in progress and freight in progress.
I ordered on 6/9/09 online.

Mine is the exact same and I ordered on the 9th also. My guess is that "back-ordered" is just the only thing they have to display it as. It probably just means that it can't ship yet since it's not released, so in a way its on a type of back-order. They keep it that way in their system so they won't ship it. This is what I'm really hoping for.
 
For you guys who have ordered through Premier and have talked to customer service: Has anyone been told by ATT Premier customer service that their phone will arrive ON the 19th? Or is everyone being told the phone will ship on the 19th for delivery early next week?
 
well.... I called the business customer service division, well they automatically route me there because of my fan account, and the csr gave me a different order number than the one from my order confirmation. She had to call premier, which apparently is different from the business services. both order numbers are from the same order. Then i called premier, 866-499-8008 if you want to call and complain, and they mention that each division and store has its own inventory. so stores get theirs, att.com will get theirs, premier will get theirs. First the csr told me that it wouldn't ship until the 19th, when they are definitely getting theirs. So, that confirms the "won't ship unitl 19th" rumors. but i asked, will it ship as soon as premier gets their inventory, he said definitely yes. So, depending on when premier will get their inventory.....
 
through premier? the csr from premier did mention some who ordered from premier already have tracking numbers. Which is completely crap! I ordered mine the 9th around 2 p.m., and my premier order status hasn't changed since. my att order status, hasn't changed since. backordered.

I actually had my rep place the order and she told me I would get it on the 19th. She also said it will say it is backorder but to ignore that. However, I am always a skeptic and will believe it when the guy delivers it on the 19th.
 
I ordered mine on 06/10/08 and on my status page I already have a tracking number this morning.

Well then there is hope! (I assume you meant 06/10/09) I ordered on the 10th also. I think Premier just sucks at updating their status site and we will all get our phones on the 19th.
