Yes, it just counts "metered" data.
well any way it's still probally better than what the us has. isn't the 7.2MPS att starts later this year their 3.5G.
Yep, my carrier currently offers 14.4 Mb/s over UMTS, to be upgraded to 21 by Christmas and 42 next year.
From that list of carriers, the following have announced that they will be moving to LTE by 2010-2011.
And my carrier (Telecom NZ) is moving to LTE too. It's definitely where things are going. Although I own a CDMA phone, I don't actually use it anymore as I ported the number across to a new UMTS phone a couple of weeks ago. Personally I have no wish for a CDMA iPhone, but I'm not actively trying to dissuade Apple from producing one.
