Will Apple allow returns past 14days?

They will not. They may take care of a customer a few days past the 14 days for a defective exchange, but not a return or to upgrade or downgrade.
Well my family member brought me a extra 6+ but! she went to return it today since I brought one.. But the apple store refuse to refund her... And it has only been 3 days... She lives in another state and is going to come to where I live..so I was wondering if apple will accept it if it's like 16days or something..

Could you elaborate why the Apple store she purchased it from wouldn't accept it for a return in just 3 days of her owning it? It won't be any difference going to another Apple store even in a different state.

My family member called me just now, and said they won't give her a refund on the original form of payment only a gift card ( the phone has not n been taking out of th box or anything)... She brought the phone full retail price ~1000... And she's in FL...travelled 1hr to a apple store for the refund.
If it's only 3 days they shouldn't refuse to give her a refund.. Why don't you return yours and take the one she bought you originally? You guys should call customer service.
She brought the silver one for me and I brought the gold, but I would like to keep my gold one( tmobile version).

No.. I meant they won't give her back in the form of the original payment but they only wanted to give her back the amount as a gift card which she doesn't need or want.
Sir, I realize MR doesn't necessarily want people correcting others here but the word is BOUGHT...not BROUGHT.. You're making it confusing to understand your posts. Furthermore you're story is fishy and I'll end it here because I'm suspecting click bait.
If she purchased it card or cash it should be refunded as charge or cash... F the giftcard, go complain.
She bought it from the retail store. But I told her to return the one she got so I can use that money to pay the one that I bought online. But the apple store she went to in FL won't give her back the money in the original form of payment but wants to give her a store gift card instead... The iphone is still brand new and never taken out of the box ( the clear wrapping plastic is still intact on the iphone box).
Uh yes. Attention. Post count. Do you have another idea? I mean, the OP's story isn't adding up. I've never known Apple to offer gift cards for refunds, especially within the first 14 days. Then the OP wants to know if Apple will take back the phone at another store in a different state on exactly the 16th day. Does that story make sense to you?

It doesn't make sense but at the same time I know the people who work at the store are not perfect. I've ran into some odd issues myself over the years with computer and phones and always had it resolved.
