They were released late last year, believe they will be released late this year as well.

They will start taking pre-orders today though, will be my guess and ship in July (just like last year).

If I remember correctly, the Macs were readily available, from day one following WWDC. They didn't start shipping in July.

Nice lesson for all - just because a majority of people want to believe something does not mean it'll happen.
 
OP, kind of curious to see what your plan will be now that the rMBP wasn't announced.
 
i predict that it wont be released at WWDC bc apple sucks and they like to dissapoint...I have a few inside sources saying its not coming ;)

Sucks all the way to kicking it in the laptop and mobile device markets and making more money than many country's GNP. I am sure many compannies wished they sucked like that.
