No thank you. My 3G does pretty much everything I want it to do...makes calls, threaded sms, emails, music, videos, and a few apps(things, facebook, amazon, ebay, accuweather, etc). Don't care about camera much less the possibility of video or faster upload speeds as I don't use Safari hardly.

I am looking forward to a few upgrades in 3.0 though like tethering. :D

Definitely getting the new iPhone. Contract with Sprint ends in May; I'll stay on a monthly plan until the new iPhone is released.

Can't wait... I am SO sick of Windows Mobile.

No, probably not. I still can't justify spending that much a year on AT&T, even though the iPhone is a great integrated experience provided you have a Mac.

Well, IMO most people won't truly decide until the specs are announced but it prob. won't take that much of a spec jump for many of us around here to jump on the upgrade.

If apple ups the CPU of this new model, and video and more storage etc.. then you will see updates in droves on this board.

Yeah, but there's a chance that 3G users might have to pay 600-700 dollars to upgrade.

Well, will you? ;)

I'll be waiting. If there's nothing massive, I'll keep my 3G.
...

I don't have the problem paying hundreds of dollars for the new iPhone; what I have the problem with are the outrageous service charges. Until those come down to a reasonable level I do not see the point of getting a new one (and I am on a Pay as You Go plan with my 2G).
