Yes, if it has a larger screen, has to be 4.7 minimum. Need to see it first off course, but my 5S has a 3.5" screen (yes 3.5) and they made it taller, so the usefulness of that extra vertical only half inch was pretty meaningless. Extra row of icons, see a bit more settings menu items, thats it. 5", reduce bezels so it doesnt grow a lot, improve camera a tad or two. If they did that I might be concerned over battery duration if the phone form factor grew a lesser percentage than screen real estate

----------

Only if it has a smaller screen, which isn't going to happen.

If they increased screen size, they would still do the 4". Whether that is a 6 and 6C, or 6 and 6C being in both sizes I have no idea

----------

Yes I will continue to buy every iphone :)

Me too, and I buy outright. Wasn't planning on the 5S, but my mate wanted to buy my 5, so I went to 5S ONLY for that reason, there was nothing compelling. 4.7 or bigger screen, that IS compelling, my phone will then look like and be as useful as everyone elses

I went from the 4S to 5S in December, since I got a very good price for my 4S. The upgrade feels huge for me, new form factor, lighter, bigger screen at nearly same dimensions and nice performance. But what is really nice is the battery, which lasts quite longer than the 4S. This is what I will pay attention to in te future. As for the 5S, I am very happy with it and do enjoy it a lot now. It depends what Apple gives us this late summer with iP6... At this time I have no plans to upgrade, also I dont want my iPhone to get bigger (screen) than what I have now.

Nope. That'd be wasting money. Only fools would flush money down the toilet every year doing that unless they're wealthy.

I've upgraded every year. I don't see why this year would be any different.

My guess is that the flagship iPhone 6 will have the same screen size. The 6C will be the model to have a larger screen, if at all.

Although I don't even have an iphone I wouldn't upgrade from 5s to 6. The 6 has a rumor of having a curved screen.. And I really don't understand why that would be a good thing.. But if it only has the upgrades listen by the OP then I would probably wait another year or two after the 6 releases.. Seems like every year when a newer iphone comes out, yes, there are improvements, but it still has the exact same capabilities for the most part.. I would only upgrade probably when it stops getting consecutive updates (the 5s will probably last until iOS 10, after iOS 11 releases I would probably upgrade if worthwhile.) :)

I won't if they make it bigger.

I like the smaller 4" display thanks very much.

I am quite happy with my 5s, but then again I'll probably upgrade it anyways.

Only for iPhone 5S Users/Holders:

The question is very specific as imagination can be endless, I came up with whats below based on rumors [some before the 5S launch]

Will you upgrade from iPhone 5S to 6 if it has the following specs:
- 4.3"+ Screen
- 2GB RAM [We know apple won't go up to 3GB so I'm not even going to dream a little]
- LTE-A
- 16GB - 128GB Storage
- 8MP Camera with better optics than 5S
- Touch-ID Sensor [Same if not improved vs 5S]
- Same Design

P.S. the poll will close on July 1/2014

I doubt it will have the same design...

I've been on a 4s for over two years now and if the 6 has features that I'm interested in, I'll likely upgrade. Too early to tell though.

Bring on the bigger screen that was supposed to come out as an iPhone 5 model.

Only two years late yet again just like 4G/LTE was.

Yes, Because Apple is the only company I trust to bring us a bigger screen without it being the size of a brick in our pockets.

Apple will deliver since they have nice designs.

Everyone else who hates bigger screen phones can stay in the past with their 4s and prior iPhones.

I'm moving forward like the rest of the world.

Likely will not as I am on contract for my 5S, and I am on the "S" cycle....went from 3GS, to 4S, and now on 5S.

My 5S along with my monthly plan fits my needs just fine. If the iPhone 6 and iOS 8 really blows me away though then who knows?

Actually, I still probably would not take the plunge I would still probably wait for the 6S.

I saw some pictures of rumored iphone6 with larger screen and rows and rows of icons, which I think is not the best layout, the home screen looks too busy and jumbled up. Apple might have to consider different layout with larger screen instead of simply laying out icons in rows.

Maybe, maybe not. I'm in contract for 2 years, but my contract is one that caters to changing handsets more frequently. I'm not that keen on a larger iPhone, also one of the things with Apple is that nothing really changes, which is a good thing. I'm happy with what I've got, it does everything I need so I can't imagine what he 6 would have that I'd be rushing out to have.

I'll only purchase the iPhone 6 if it has a bigger screen, I'm content with my 5s*

*Then again, I always say that and end up upgrading anyhoo so I guess we will see. ;) :p

While there are plenty of reasons to stay with the iPhone and Apple I think waiting for them to put a larger screen on an iPhone because you only trust them to do it right without making the phone a brick is a tad bit of a stretch.

The iPhone has the largest bezel to screen ratio of any smartphone. Ie. Smallest screen on the largest phone.

I'm expecting a lot from the iPhone 6 when it comes to bezel size. I'd even be happy if they kept the 4" screen but made the phone smaller. However I'd prefer a larger screen on a similar size device.

I jumped from the 4S to the Galaxy s4 for a bigger screen. Nice phone, but I went back to the 5S because of the Apple Ecosystem. I would jump for a 5.5 inch Iphone 6, but hold off on the 4.7 inch. With the 5.5 and a high resolution, it is almost like having a tablet.

I've had a 4, 4S, 5 and now 5S, so why not a 6? I've noticed a speed increase every year so I would get one solely for that. [slighty] bigger screen would be nice, improved touch id would be nice, I'm pretty satisfied with the camera.

I will buy the iphone 6, but I really hope they keep the smaller form factor. I do not mind if they also offer a bigger size, but please please keep the phone small! It is still primarily a phone for many people!
