Since when has Apple released ads giving a teaser of their product other than when they announce the event? Apple would never put up a TV saying "coming soon...on June 8th...we'll announce a new iPhone...that will be released about a month afterwards...we won't tell you anything about...iPhone. AT&T."

Well I see a point to it, I also see your point. I think it would be effective by simply showing an Apple symbol and the date of WWDC. Something like that would definitely raise a few brows and get some interest.
Maybe even having a silohette of the new iPhone in the background, of course you couldn't make anything out, other than the basic shape.
I do agree though, probably won't happen. I am looking forward to seeing the *new* iPhone commercial! (it will air at WWDC and after)

The juciest are always at about 8 P.M. the evening before. We'll get up to three really, really convincing leaks, and the forums are on fire all night.
And then my signature kicks in.
I won't be waiting in line, but I'll try my best to get at least one version of the new device!
I got irrationally annoyed last night at a friend who is buying the iPhone tomorrow. I was all "just wait till Monday and SEE WHAT HAPPENS before you get the ridiculously expensive phone" and she was just like "myeh it'll be better than what I have now anyway"
It bugged the crap out of me. On another note who here's letting people they don't like just buy the 3G without mentioning it might be upgraded soon?

My feeling on that is that if you buy something and an updated model comes out shortly after, then it's your fault for not being informed. That's my 2 cents
I already have the Iphone 3G Black, However i was wondering, If the new Iphone does come out on June 8th, does that include UK? and do you get a free upgrade or will i have to sell my Old One and get the New one HEELP!!!
Whenever it's released, it will probably be released in the UK same day as US just like the 3G was. And there's zero chance it'll be a free upgrade. You'll have to buy it.
As stupid as it may sound, I can't wait to camp out again. Met a bunch of new people and just talked for a few hours. Even went and got coffee. It was a fun experience (not to mention I was 9th in line)
That will be fun since the phone won't launch until the middle to end of July.
i said i'd be waiting the afternoon before launch. so yeah, it'll be hot out. but worth it for sure!

I think what you're looking for here is... "I couldn't care less." Saying you could care less means that you do care to some extent.
