The GM randomly choose from every villagers (no WW) and give the result at the start of day 1 to the seer. With fast paced game, it's almost always too late for the seer to do something.... just a thought for future games

Actually, I think that is a very good idea.
I'd even recommend staring a game at night sometime, just to see how that would pan out.
