Right. All those late vote changes didn't count, then?

As I am in central Asia, and have absolutely no idea of the various wonky US time zones, what they are, and where they are, could someone give me an exact time difference between GMT and whatever version of US time this game is currently being run on? (I can do the GMT to central Asia time zone calculation myself).

Up to now, I am doing rough guesstimates, which is not an issue unless a contentious deadline is upon us……and obviously, as a consequence, my last vote was entirely redundant…..

so since the official final tally correspond to the thread tally, we can assume no vote alterations/bluff vote was at play.

therefore it must have been the EXECUTIONER who switched back pluto and tomorrow.

we are going pacific time, which is 3 hour more than standard time (new york), and 8 hours more than GMT, i think, not sure about summer time.
right now it is 3.43 in Ny, and 12.43 in LA (game time)

so your vote didn't count (10 minutes late), but QoS and southern dad should have.
 
My apologies everyone. I was in a meeting all day and forgot about the game.I'm not normally absent for a vote, and feel pretty bad about missing this one. As it is now I'm waiting for an appointment and am limited to using my phone. I'll go back and read what I missed.
 
Executioner is villager exclusive btw. Who profited at the point it was played most? Was aggie off the hook already? So sythas and Tomorrow, correct?

most likely is tomorrow. if it was, i wouldn't blame him. i would have done the same (except i would not have picked plutonius for the sub)
sythas and aggie would have no reason to do it, no more than anyone else.
could also be someone who strongly believed pluto was ww, or had strong reasons to keep tomorrow alive

tomorrow, are you the executioner?
at this point you might as well say.

Ya, but there wasn't strong evidence against Pluto. Or anyone, so rather doubtful. Not impossible of course. Maybe you saved your buddy Tomorrow while giving Pluto a little smack? ;) but i don't think so.
 
Either something is wrong with my eyes or that vote tally post got edited.

I understand the self-preservation, but swapping Plutonius doesn't make a ton of sense. I guess we'll see what the reasoning was.

which post? chrmjenkins'? he just corrected it. the current version correspond to the votes, so it means no vote manipulations occurred.

Yeah. I was confused because when I read it I assumed vote manip. Oh well, it's of no consequence now.

Sorry, Pluto - it was me. Self-preservation can be a powerful thing.

So to everyone who wants to know why Pluto - because (1) I was simply keeping consistent with my vote for him, and (2) at the time I PM'd the order to chrmjenkins, Pluto was actually in the lead and I had two votes for me. I PM'd in the order as a contingency. I didn't make the order public because at the time I was not in the lead, and I had no idea a bandwagon would form around me. I really thought I would survive the day and get to keep my skill.

So Scepticalscribe, there you go. I don't like revealing my role - good or bad - because (1) the game is more enjoyable with that added bit of mystery, and (2) revealing your power makes you a prime target for infection.

But now my power is spent. No real reason for the villagers to keep me around, since the only help I can provide is by voting - and no real reason for the wolves to infect me, since I don't have a skill to help their cause. I'm now just a defenseless bystander.

that's all right.
it certainly was right to use the power, it's just too bad you got the wrong person with it.

well at least now you are cleared, like southern dad (except for infection, of course).
and you don't make a very desirable target for night kill with your power spent

Now that I'm all caught up I'm glad to see that you posted this rationale. I was pretty confused about how things changed the way they did.

While your choice was unfortunate it does make sense in the context of the vote.

There's definitely a reason for us to keep you around - you're cleared and a crappy candidate for infection. Also you're a good player too, so help us figure this thing out. :)
