I sure will :)
But as I still have a lot of unattended business to take care of up here, i shall politely decline your invitation to join you for the ride.
Unless the plan is to shove me on the ride in your place, with a well placed last minute change, possibly with the help of some of the extant wollfie powers. In which i will tip my hat to you and climb on in a most dignified way, kicking biting, and screaming. ;)

I however remain baffled by your current "oh well lynch me then" attitude, which goes contrary to what you always preach, by your refusal to cast an obvious defensive vote, by your embracing of the well-tested 'because you voted for me' and 'you are still alive' logic in lieu of any evidence-based discussion, specifically about where the alpha and kami wolves might be.

I have to say that i am also surprised by fenris vote and by the fact that neither of you even remotely entertained (apparently) the idea that the other might be a wolf, where at least two independent lines of arguments (that you are one of only 4 uncleared non village core-exclusive, and one of only two who kept their identity secret until it couldn't be disproven) might suggest that might be the case.

I'll try to be back before deadline even if just on the phone
I entertain the idea, I even think its likely given his non defense and non claim of a role today. It's probable he's the Soother/Seer at this point and maybe also the kamikaze. It's the only explanation that means everyone could have the role they claimed to have. I just didn't want to bandwagon on him early and see where the other votes went.

Sorry, been out the whole day.

Melrose died and was no villager of Wolfsmouth (WW).

Melrose: 4

Don't panic: 2
FenrisMoonlight: 2
ravenvii: 1

It is now Day Six.

Next deadline is Monday 10:00 AM EST.

Well, Melrose, while I thank you for your munificent gift (of whisky) I cannot help but think that stifled guilt may have prompted it.

Still, while I cannot but welcome your demise, given the circumstances, I will raise a small glass to you and a larger one to those in the village who……..brought this about.

Good luck villagers.

Hey, hey, hey now - Wolves have every right to live in the village as the next mindless sheep - oops so sorry I meant mutton chop... dang! I mean "villager".

I'm having the Reverend Al Wolfton flown in to lock elbows with me and protest the way wolves are being treated in this village; barred from visiting coffee shops, single malt/opium dens, and holding elected positions. For what it's worth, I never really thought of myself as a Wolf, but more like a Genetically-Challenged resident of Wolfsmouth. In previous games I have played ever so much more awesomely.

btw, @Scepticalscribe - you tasted delicious. Plying you with Single malt I think enhanced the flavor and helped you flame ever so delicately once plopped on the grille.

@Don't panic : DAMN YOU! :p :D We'll meet again, old friend. Some night when you're not looking, some night you forget just for an instant to look over your shoulder... just once... I'll be there... Whatever you do, don't blink.

You won't live... but then again, who does?

Again, my thanks for the whisky, Melrose.

However, notwithstanding my gratitude, - which is genuine - I do hope I gave you a severe case of agonising and incurable indigestion.

I won't be around first thing tomorrow due to work. So some thoughts:

We got two wolves - we don't know which they are if they were original wolves or infected - we probably have 2 left (of which at least 1 is original - kamikaze)

Melrose and Pluto were two of the wolves. We don't know for sure if either of them were infected - we know we haven't found the kamikaze. So we have 2 wolves left (at least 1 of which is original).

If we're going to win this we need to figure out who was infected.

Once the wolves got control of the Seer role if the infection hadn't been used at that point - it would have made sense for them to wait till a scan found a suitable target. Yesterday they knew everyones roles and could choose the best infectee if they hadn't already. Since there would have been no need to wait at that point we can say for certainty the infection is now in play unless we were lucky and the guard protected against it.

Most useful to be infected at that point would be DP and comeagain? Die-Hard and Execution powers would be nasty for the village at this point.

If the infection was used already anyone could be infected.

I was nightwatch...

deadline is coming up, so i'll put in a couple of quick semi-random thoughts, just in case.

8 people left. probably 7 in an hour or so.
either 1 or 2 Ww left, depending on infection.

melrose didn't take anyone with him, so this could make him the alpha wolf, the kami (and sythas protected whoever he attacked) or the third wolf or the infected. the most likely in my opinion is the alpha, but the others are still possible.

if he was one of the two original wolves, we still have another one.

if melrose was the soother/seer swapped by plutonius, it is possible (but not sure) that everyone else was truthful about their roles.

if this is the case, the second original (alpha/kami/third) must be one of ravenvii, fenris and rick. (again, i would be in that group, but I was cleared by tomorrow, so at most i would be infected).

if people lied about their roles, the more likely would be in the inverse order they came out, based on odds, so comagain, then moyank, then the rest.

infection might be at play. i seriously doubt that they waited until later in the game to use it, as it is a very risky play, so i think it went down before roles where disclosed (remember it can only occur at night, it is note an escape mechanism, so for example if melrose was the alpha he couldn't have used it yesterday once it was clear he was in trouble)

based on sythas' disclosing of who was protected, i couldn't be infected on night 1, and he himself couldn't on night 2. it is to me unlikjely that tomorrow was infected early on as well (not impossible).
SS obviously wasn't a ww and only sythas knows about the rest (of course if he is the infected, than we don't know how much to trust him).

@Sythas, maybe you can disclose who you protected two night ago? not this night, obviously, since if you survive you want to keep that hushed, but the night before. if you are eaten tonight (likely since you are clearly the most valuable target), it is valuable information for the village.

i think it is better to go after one of ravenvii, fenris and rick, since they could be either originals (30% chance, although each have stuff in their favor), or infected

if pluto was the infected, the chances are even better, as they are the only ones who could be the 'third' if pluto was not (barring lies about roles).

for infection, everyone could be, but as mentioned odds are not equal. one thing that stood out to me was rick change in behavior in the last couple of days compared to earlier on.

so here is my rank for now.
if i survive i will try to look at everything more thoroughly later, with more time

ravenvii - fenris - rick - comegain - moyank - tomorrow - sythas

no surprise there, but poor Sythas.
He hated garlic, too.

too bad he could not share the protection of night/day 4, although it likely was himself

7 players remain, 1 or 2 baddies amongst us:
rick, moyank, dontpanic, ravenvii, comeagain, fenris, tomorrow

btw twietee, the story line is really cool and very well penned.

Nice summary - one mistake I think.

Tomorrow - no events confirmed this. Seer/Swap (self claimed), Leech (confirmed by ravenvii). If the wolves did infect the Seer and sacrificed Pluto we only have Tomorrow's/ravenvii's word about the rest. It's unlikely as it means the wolves infected the Seer and decided to sacrifice Pluto (or infected Tomorrow after the swap) but its possible.

Possibilities
Tomorrow was Soother all along and Melrose infected Seer but Tomorrow chose to claim Seer as an alibi. Swap never happened. ravenvii leached and got the spent Soother power.

Tomorrow was Seer and infected, but ravenvii is also a wolf. Leech was never used - ravenvii power use goes from worst ever use of a power by a villager to awesome misdirect by a wolf and the leech is still available to use. @DP if leech is used on a kill target at night would we ever know about it having been used?

Tomorrow's status as the seer was also indirectly confirmed by Scepticalscribe's spying.

If he wasn't the seer, he would need to have knowledge of the seer's scans, which imply that the seer was infected.
plus his behavior/posting is consistent from early on with his claims as being the seer.

this leaves scenarios where he was infected, especially if it was after the swap, but makes other scenarios implausible, imo
