[WW] Simple Werewolville Mach 2 - Game Over, wolves win.

I haven't read the thread yet but please count me in! 😀

I'm glad we have the infectious and kamikaze wolf roles. They don't add that much complexity but they do make it more interesting.
 
I would love to play if there's room left!

Can, I just say, in my opinion the other game has gotten bogged down in technicalities and people taking the game so seriously, which takes the life, the fun, the spark out of the thing. I really couldn't care less if Anji posts if she so chooses, particularly if she posts such hilarious items, I don't see how it really matters that much. It's not the end of the world. People saying "OMG WTF, stop totz influ3ncing the gamz!!!!!!" need to chill out, it really isn't that big a deal, and if you don't like it, put them on ignore, or, and while this may sound a little crazy, just ignore them. While you may not like what they post, others do, and they should be able to listen to their sage advice, or hilarious wisdom, if they so choose! 😀

So, I think we should probably decide on some basic rules before we start the game, unless we want a situation like the infamous other game!

Hey, you never did answer me why you insisted on trying to fervently tell everyone that I was a wolf in the other game. I was just wondering about your reasoning there, if you were just trying to take the light off yourself or if you really believed that or something. Just curious. 🙂

Ah, ok. You were so sure and it seemed really bizarre, especially as I knew I wasn't. I guess I could look a little suspect, like I was trying to fatten people up with cookies or something. 😀 Thanks for answering.
 
Haha yeah. This game certainly makes you more paranoid about other forum members!

If people had taken my word and choose not to lynch me but you instead, and they realised you were indeed a villager, I would have been next! I was going with my gut feeling, but I was wrong!

I actually thought I was a goner when you were lynched and found to be a villager.


I just hope in this game everyone keeps track of the votes and doesn't go TOO mob mentality just to rush things along. When that last person makes their vote which seals majority, it should be well thought out so as not to be killing a possible villager. Of course that is what wolves want and part of what made me suspect abijnk so much in the other game, but it was too late for me then. 😛

Ah, good old werewolf games! 😀

That was my problem at the end. With the delays, I just wanted to get a quick vote. I was so sure Reventon was a WW that I was willing to do whatever anjin wanted, which played right into her hand. In hindsight, it made more sense to vote for RedT, who everyone had thought was a WW all along.
 
Longer post coming, sign ups are done, I'm letting ShaunPriest in and everyone before him for a total of 16.
 
How can the signups be closed and my name is not on the list? I was one of the first to ask to be added to the next game. 🙁

A distant noise not unlike a hippo mounting a zebra could be heard. "Wah-uvs! Wah-uhs!"

As the villagers squinted to see who was running towards them, they saw the man stop dead in his tracks, close his slack, flopping mouth, and begin looking into the woods with intense focus.

"It's the damned village idiot," said Intell. "The fool is chasing squirrels again."

The idiot, however, turned back towards the villagers, seemingly waking up from a deep trance and running their way with renewed vigor. "WAH-UVS! WAH-UVS!"

As he finally reached them, mumbling "wah-uvs" in between gasps for air, iBlue stepped forward and pointed at his head in horror. "He's missing an ear! That would have gone great in my stew." She turned away, disappointed.

"So what, he's missing an ear," Melrose said. "It's not like the fool listened to anyone anyway."

"Well, it's not missing really, I see it there in his hand" chimed in techfreak85.

iBlue looked on with renewed excitement. One of the villagers mustered up the courage to step forward and examine the ear. As the village idiot opened his hand, he revealed a bloody ear with two large Ws carved on the backside, as with a very sharp nail.

"Oh no... not again" droned iBookG4User.

The werewolf game has begun. It is now day. Majority vote is 9.

Now that the game has begun, everyone should have received at least one PM stating the game has begun. Off you go!
 
This should be an interesting game... and I promise iBlue I won't get all paranoid about you being a werewolf... just yet anyway 😉.

As for my choice below, this was the name I was most drawn to on the list. I have a suspicious feeling about your true identity techfreak85! Off with your head!!!

No hints in the main message, as that's unfair to players. If you look, I actually used the word twice; once with the village idiot and once with iBlue.

I wish there was a way to get a good feel of players for the first vote. Unfortunately it seems we just have to pick one to start off with:

I'll be back in a bit to read a few other votes and see defenses. Can't throw anyone under the bus yet. I know how that feels.
