I certainly hope that will be the case. That's the way that I followed MWSF. arn has shut down the forum in the past due to heavy traffic. Hopefully arn will announce something in the morning. Once he closes the forum, then he will give directions to IRC and the low bandwidth site.

I'm sure the link will be the same as last year's, just with 2005 instead of 2004. ;)

Hi, I'm new here, but let's cut to the chase...

Things I'd like to see coming up at WWDC:
- iPod photo w/ built-in camera (center button takes picture)
- Pages 2 w/ tremendous speed increases
- Updated iBooks and PowerBooks
- Eventhough it's highly unlikely, a PowerBook G5 w/ a cool (look and temperature wise) case
- Second update to Tiger, 10.4.2 w/ a more stable Finder
- Two-buttoned mouse with scroll tuchpad on the side (I have no use for this, but it would be cool. One button is superior.)
- Intel-based Macs if it promices a positive effect.

But...there is one more thing...
- The new indestry-leading 50-inch Apple Theatre HD Display
That would be awesome, but will NEVER happen. :(

I agree (especially the 2nd one). Perhaps add podcast-supported iTunes.

They've already said the next version of iTunes will support podcasting...

"Apple says the next version of its iTunes music management program will give people a way to find and subscribe to podcasts, MP3 audio files online."

I know. That was my point. I thought they might introduce it as up and running. Steve said to expect it within the next 60 days.

I think an iPod w/camera would take away from the simplicity that's made the device so popular in the first place. They'll be very careful about adding non-music functions to the iPod, I believe. As for Pages, I think they'll just keep giving free software updates until MWSF '06.

People said the same thing about:
1) 17" Powerbooks (which this site scooped first, I believe), and...
2) 30" displays

No worries. After re-reading mine, I understand where you were coming from. It is I who should've had the java. (Funny, you always seem to understand your own posts, eh?)
