Lucky!

I bought my ticket late this afternoon and went back to the Apple site a minute later and seen the 'Sold Out' notice. That was close!

So Apple is a sell-out, big deal! This is a gig that I'm not going to.

Oh how clever and witty you are - did posting that give you a warm fuzzy feeling?

I think increasing speed at which the event sells out is a testimony to the transformation of Apple from a quirky company on the verge of collapse to a business that is truly standing apart from the crowd. We may not always like what they do and how they do it but they have really set out the Apple way and it seems like a lot of people are on board.

For those not on board there is a massive market of alternatives to deal in and with.

This is a win win for everyone really - the apple markets grows which gives them economies of scale and the other big software and hardware vendors have to produce better products to maintain their mass market appeal. Would windows 7 be so much better than Vista if there wasn't viable and increasingly mainstream competition?

The banner they made this year is so sick!

Agreed, and I hope, "Center of the App Store Universe," means the "New Mac Pro" that will be programing said Apps.

Or the, "New Larger, Faster, Stable Verizon Network" that those Apps will have access to.

Who is going from MR?

I'll be there.

Let's see now, I was at every WWDC from 1989 to 1996. And now, 2007, 2008, and 2010. So, that's a total of 11. (Too bad I couldn't convince my employers to send me from 1997 through 2006.)

Wow, sold out... so many poor little developers locked into Apple's platform. I really feel so sorry for them. 😎

Yeah, that will be really funny 😀 I can't imagine Apple to not mention the leak.

I can.... something like, "We can't comment on an ongoing investigation..." especially if the rumors that they had people at the raid are true.

They need to have a bar scene setup on stage. Have a bar stool with the new iPhone sitting on it. Then Steve Jobs comes on stage and "finds" it.

"What's this?"

If he did that.... freaking b$lls the size of New York... That would be priceless!😀
