On a new phone, just type in Apple ID and password, everything automatically loaded.

So, if someone got my Apple ID and password, he could then just get a phone, sync it and get all the info on it just like that?

I would, but I prefer to stay ahead of the curve. I will continue to use my gmail account (Always had been free) from an iPhone 😛

Oh yeah, and Google Docs is free, as opposed to shelling out even more cash for "Pages"
