Usually we have leaks at this point, no? It makes me curious if we are about to get something huge that Apple has kept under wraps, or if it's going to be a simple update without much to leak...

I really hope they continue to use iTunes store as we know it. I am not going for streaming service at all. Just bring some high resolution music I could pay for, not renting.

Is it me or am I not as excited for this year's WWDC? iOS 9 will bring no new features, minus bug fixes and performance enhances.

What else should I be excited for? Another music screaming service **yawn**?

My apologies for being negative.

Well, iOS9 and the next Mac OS are a given and a bit boring, what's interesting are any new services they launch as Apple has historically not been very good at services for some reason?

But I'll be reading what they announce in this area, TV and Music services.

You're not being negative as you don't see anything that might be useful for you. You probably would be more excited next year. There's only so much you can do in a single year.

For many of us, no new features is great news because what we want is a more responsive and stable system which requires under the hood changes, alas "Snow Leopard".

There's no point of new features if it works half of the time.

Keep in mind that no new features does not mean current features are staying as is, they will be iterated to be more responsive or more useful. App extensions on iOS 9 can become more powerful with more APIs, which does not constitute as a new feature to us.

Can't wait to see the famous covered up signage inside! Always fun to guess what's on them!

lol.... left lane must turn left....... We don't want to cause a pile up now at WWDC,.

Remember chaps, we want a clean run :)

Hey... at least you'll be able to download it and install it on day one.

Most Android users never get the latest OS update. They're stuck on whatever their device shipped with. Abandoned... forgotten...

:D

Maybe Apple has some really big surprise in store for us?

Apple is set to kick off its 2015 Worldwide Developers Conference on Monday with a keynote event that begins at 10:00 a.m., and as it does every year, the company has begun decorating the Moscone Center in San Francisco where the conference will be held.

As of this afternoon, work crews have begun placing the iconic Apple stickers on the outside of the building, while also preparing to begin erecting banners in the lobby of Moscone West. As can be seen in photos shared by MacStories, the first leaves of the logo are visible.

In a few hours, we'll likely see the first banners for the 2015 event, which may sport the tagline "The epicenter of change." Apple will continue decorating the center throughout the week, adding additional signage both inside and outside.

Oftentimes Apple's banners reveal hints on upcoming operating system changes, suggesting potential names and feature sets, but those revelatory banners will likely be kept under wraps until later this week. In 2014, we didn't see signs for iOS 8 and OS X 10.10 until Friday.

This year's keynote will include the debut of iOS 9 and OS X 10.11, along with a new streaming music service, a revamped version of iTunes Radio, a new Apple TV set-top box, and a rewards program for Apple Pay. For more details on what to expect, make sure to check out our WWDC roundup.

Apple plans to provide a live stream of the WWDC keynote on the Apple TV and through its website. MacRumors will also provide live coverage of the event for those unable to watch, both on MacRumors.com and through our MacRumors Live Twitter account.

I really hope the Apple TV is good. Please be good. I'm sure they are going to manage to somehow "break" it and make it LESS functional than it already is....
